To be honest, this hotel is built in a very beautiful and unique style. 实事求是讲，这个酒店的建造风格非常美，别具一格，但是服务需要提升才能真正对标一个五星级酒店的标准。

非常不满意的是: 1: 入住check in后床垫上都是头发，居然前一个客户住完没有更换床单； 2：发现头发后打电话前台处理，居然打了四个电话才安排人过来检查，而且更换床单就算问题解决了； 3：是否包含早餐前台没有主动提，电话咨询后反馈没有早餐，因为是用中文APP提交的，前台居然不相信客户，让我逐条翻译成中文给他才给我解决方案，而且态度非常强硬，让人非常不舒服。 Very dissatisfied with: 1: After check-in, there were hairs on the mattress, and the previous customer did not change the bed sheets after staying. 2: After discovering the hair, I called the front desk to deal with it, and I actually made four calls to arrange someone to come and check, and the problem was solved by changing the bed sheets; 3: The receptionist did not mention whether breakfast was included. After making a phone call, the receptionist told the customer that there was no breakfast. The receptionist did not believe the customer because the application was submitted in Chinese. He asked me to translate the application into Chinese one by one before giving me a solution. His attitude was very tough, which made the customer feel uncomfortable.
