The property had an amazing unique design inside. It was warm and had a real coziness about it. The house had a wonderful selection of books displayed on creative bookshelf’s around the lounge, everything for everyone. Our room was beautifully designed and the bed was very comfortable. The roomy shower was superb and Stephanie our host was so friendly. We couldn’t ask for more on our 3 day stay.

We booked the Studio with mountain view and it was great. It was spacious and clean with a really nice view of Kirkjufell and two comfy chairs to sit and look out from. The man on duty helped us with our bags (even in the rain) which was much appreciated. Great shared kitchen. Would recommend highly.

5 of us (with 3 children) rented 2 rooms. According to the booking information, the 2-bed room has a shared bathroom, the 3-bed room does NOT have a shared bathroom (I thought it had its own bathroom!). There were 4 rooms for rent in the house, for which only 1 bathroom provided the bathroom. That is, 1 bathing opportunity for 10 people. The water did not drain from the bathtub, it drained very slowly. All rooms and bathrooms opened from the kitchen/dining room. Only 4 people could eat in the kitchen/dining room at the same time. More people couldn't fit there. The guests couldn't fit, they disturbed each other. One of the rooms had a broken window. In one room there was trash and hair from previous guests. The rooms are NOT 20 m2, maximum 10-12 m2. There are NO shelves or cupboards in the rooms where you can put your clothes.

Rooms are small and there are only 2 barhrooms for 8 double rooms. Furthermore the people from to dorms also use the same bath, because dorms are crowded. Same in the kitchen. Only 4 tables so not everyone has the chance to sit during dinner and breakfast.... too much people in small facilitites!!!! This does not match with the pricing...
