Positive section of review
Location is convenient with a lots of parking spots outside ZTL zone, but close to the hotel. Hotel is taking proud in it's history and is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is cozy and the food is delicious. It was very comfortable to sleep with a great mattress and several types of pillows to choose from. Historic elevator is a real gem.

In spring when the air-conditioning is not in summer mode yet, it get stuffy in a room with a closed window, but if you open it, it's noisy from the busy street outside, so remember to bring ear stoppers.

It was a wonderful place to stay, the owner was really nice and took amazing care of us. We felt like royals haha everything was super clean, there was a beautiful smell in the house and we got many extra things like a huge breakfast, cosmetics, many towels and even there was a cold prosecco waiting for us with a short letter from the owner. We loved to stay there!

The location was great and the room was clean. The host gave us all the required info for the access and was very considered to provide water, coffee. The neighborhood is very quite and we haven't any difficulty to park quite close to our building!

Location. Correct modern bathroom with window. Staff are very politely and wants to go out to meet the guests requests. Parking space.

Modest breakfast. Waiters do not set the table with cutlery for you. Only one thin sheet on your bed but you have 9 pillows instead. There is no quilts. Smell of cleaning products. Wifi can be much better. Kettle only after request. Position of restaurant. Large stairs on entrance for those with large baggage. Rusty waste baskets.Ther is a hiden lift next to the kitchen for invalids and for gest who want to use it. The paving at the entrance could be flatter and different due to the wheeled suitcases. More 3 then a 4 starr hotel.

Wardrobes were too high to hang clothes up in one bedroom, requires a rack for drying clothes and some more kitchen equipment needed such as mugs, chopping boards etc...
