I really liked the facility, understated but well-maintained, with a nice garden around and in a quiet, residential area of Rome. The breakfast very good, quite varied and the staff very kind and friendly. The room, double single use, was a bit small, but extremely comfortable and clean, with attention to every detail. The furnishings very well kept, not particularly modern or fashionable, but for this very reason in my opinion, highly preferable.

The location is great, the room is a good size, we even had a balcony which we didn’t expect. It was comfortable and the shared bathroom was quite fine. It was much brighter and more inviting than the pictures which was a lovely surprise.

The floor was dirty and just needed a more thorough vacuum and it would have been great. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. There were also lots of ants which ended up through our luggage, so be sure to zip your bags.

Brilliant location, everything was in walking distance including an easy walk to the train station. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Host was super friendly and helpful.

There was no brekfeast included. The location is perfect. Easy to find, automatic check in was perfect. The contact person was ready to help.

The fridge was not connected to the mains (no connection point). Waste storage was not provided (only a tiny bin). There was not enough toilet paper, liquid soap ran out (no refills). No towels at all on the first day. Card payment not solved.,
