We've stayed here for 8 nights, and we really felt like home. Abdou came to pick us up from the taxi, and from that moment on he was there for us. Every question was answered, he helped us with organizing tours if needed. Printed our boarding passes, and even followed us to the taxi when we were going to the airport at 3am. Riad is beatiful and has many nice spots for relaxation and you can always find a shade on the terrace and chill on a hot day, drinking fresh orange juice and tea or ordering some homemade food from the kitchen. Having breakfast on the terrace was one of our favorite parts of staying in Marrakech, always fresh pastry, delicious jams, pankaces, tea and orange juice. Our room was maintaned daily by the riad housemates, new towels, bed made up.

This is an exceptional property located in a new nice neighborhood. + spacious + modern and nicely decorated + away from the crowds and the hassle of the medina (still within easy reach, about 20 mins walking) + secured parking in a garage under the building + extremely easy and prompt communication with the host + 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms + self-catering option + very reasonable pricing

The staff was a bit arrogant. We called before check-in to see if they could store our luggage and they said they didn't have a luggage room. However, they did have a luggage room.
