We had a Premier Room booked for three days through Booking.com and for some reason could not book for the fourth day in the same room. We ended up booking the fourth day in a Standard Room with Trip.com. When we arrived, they upgraded our fourth day so that we may stay in the same room for the four days. The Premier Room was spacious and well designed with a modern feel. Just perfect for the two of us and our 2yo child. It looked over the resort deck and my child was very engaged in the view. Room service is amazing. They folded some of our clothing that had been strewn around and provided additional baggage horses so that our luggage can be accessed off the ground. Our child was provided with a care package. They hung our wet swim gear on the hanging line in the bathroom for us and provided cable management straps for all our personal electronic wiring.

Negative section of review
The only thing I can comment for improvement is the provision of drinking water fountains inside the Grand Resort Deck if not the hotel pool area. Access to potable water should be readily available. It is not only an inconvenience to the us as the guests but it should not be a luxury item to be charged at great expense. Free water bottles are provided in the hotel rooms, why not at the pool area as well where it is most needed?

Visually the hotel is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The curtains opening as you enter ghe room was fun. The rooms are massive but the tv is at the foot of the bed which cuts the room in half. The location is walking distance to outer ferry terminal which is handy and there is a bus stop right out front. Make sure you have exact change of 6MOP if you wanna ride the bus.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I complained I was just ignored so I had to put up with it for 2 days.

Everything is perfect. The gym is amazing! Almost got everything I am in need of. The facilities are good. The bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is a bit noisy but acceptable, cool enough and can dry my clothes. Since it is in the downtown, I can go anywhere by walk in 30mins.

The room is absolutely clean, with sufficient bedsheet & toiletries to use. The bath robe is also exceptionally clean whenever I use bathtub for showering purpose.

The kids were entertained in the pool for hours. The rooms are a nice big size and breakfast although not big had a big range of food items.

The bus shuttle service was very handy and the staff went out of their way to finalize out registration for the Canton Fair at the hotel.
