Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I arrive from Macao airport and I have been informed by the hotel that they have a free shuttle from the airport straight to the hotel which was very helpful as it was my first time travelling. The hotel was very responsive with my queries and requests especially we were celebrating a triple birthday and the hotel prepared a birthday cake which was very kind gesture. Our room was huge, has all the amenities we needed. I love the bathroom most especially, clean and elegantly presented. The hotel was also secure and has a seamless check out which was very efficient.

The mall, the facilities are exceptional. It is worth the experience. Courteous Staff, large rooms, best in class service.

United KingdomWe were booked in a non smoking room but upon arrival our room clearly smelled of smoke. We waited hoping it would clear but it didn’t improve and started to irritate our eyes and my asthma Upon phoning reception they initially told us no other rooms were available and they could move us the next day. They did eventually find another room which was much better but only after a lot of pushing from our end - we checked in at 8pm and got our new room close to 10pm. After that we had a lovely stay - we would have liked to have the pool bar open as the area lacked atmosphere with no focal point. Also overall the hotel lacked a central point - bars, restaurants etc were spread out so it never felt like you had a place to come back to after a day out. We enjoyed our stay but probably would stay somewhere smaller in future.
Good hotel. Bedroom was spacious with large bathroom and seating area. Pool area was lovely and well heated. Good location - walking distance to Taipa Village and easy to get to lots of sights. Y

The walk from receptions to rooms took a while - underestimated size of property and amount of walking involved
Room sizes, location, discount for team labs, bottle warmer, steriliser and extra cot provided, bags were taken straight to rooms, heated pools were great for my child and facilities were excellent

Everything.. it's the most luxurious hotel I've stayed over a decade of solo travelling. The monolithic labyrinth of the hotel was spectacular Room was the biggest I've ever stayed. Beyond indescribable. From the bath to the size of the bed to the little steps leading to the business couches and tables. Staff were beyond friendly. Engaging. Polite. Professional and more. Free transport to and from.Outter Harvour was excellent. I would recommend The Venitian without fault.
