Positive section of review
Convenient location next to many eateries, ~10min walk away from popular attractions like lighthouse and ruins. There is a reasonably large indoor swimming pool and gym as well. Managed to check-in ~2h earlier as there was room available. Room is spacious and clean with amenities. There is also a bakery and cafe area near the lobby/check-in area. Free shuttle bus to Border Gate and Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal is available at scheduled timings.

Would be good if shuttle bus could be more frequent and more seats in lobby while waiting for check-in.

Convenient location, affordable price compared to nearby hotels, indoor access to shopping area. Direct shuttle bus from ferry terminals to hotel lobby. Room is large and well-equipped with amenities. Would recommend to stay here.

Water pressure of shower was too strong and unable to adjust (one setting only). Also, need to turn the knob to cold water first in an anticlockwise motion before can access hot/warm water.

Loved the pool area and rooms were big and very comfortable! Also great value for money. Lots of choice at breakfast as well. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

Bit dated in general and a bit far from the main areas of macau - but can easily get around by bus/taxi. Also the coffee isn't very nice unfortunately..

The property is amazing, room is spacious, The highlight was bathroom. In room dining is delicious.

Only drawback is staff at certain times as they do not understand language other than Mandarin or Cantonese and only talk in hand signals which is frustrating at times. Some of the staff is rude as well but location and experience wise, this is a must try.

The food was mostly limited to chinese....there were no cafes no pizza pasta ....considering it was italian themed that was disappointing....there should be more food options including Indian cuisine

The bathroom of the room was lovely and the highlight of the trip.

Check-in was a very long process and information was lost in translation. The room smelt like cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. The room was dated.
