Positive section of review
Great place. Bigger then it seems on photos. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, huuuge kitchen, lots of space for a bigger group to hang out and enjoy the stay. Location is great. There is small supermarket just two streets away and bus stop just three minutes walk down the hill from where you can go to Valletta (22 minutes drive) or the other way, because more then 12 bus lines go through that street.

Some tiny things which were not of essence and coukd be handled quickly. For example in the kitchen should be more then one small bowl (one there is seems like the only one left out of some set) and adapter for coffee machine as it has european plug on it. We used one of ours, but there should be one there or a coffee machine with UK plug. In the walk-in closet in master bedroom there is no light on the ceiling (there are wires and the lamp is in the closet but is not instaled).

The location is great and some of the rooms have amazing views. Reception staff are very accommodating and breakfast is good. Also, all the staff at the restaurant are very professional and nice😊

Upon arrival we did not have any instructions on how to access the key. On day 6 of our stay the instructions came via email, a little late!! Fortunately for us on arrival a departing guest was able to help us into the main door then a current guest rang Joseph who told us which apartment and found a key for us. Also very disappointing that there was no electric plug in the bathroom and no hint where the hair dryer was stored, on checking all cupboards before departing we found it under the tv!! Also no plug for the kitchen sink.

The room wasn't clean/ready on arrival (a couple of hours after the check-in time) and we had to call for it to be prepared. Even when clean, the sofa had many stains and the fabric looked all but hygienic. The apartment was never cleaned afterwards (this is ok but could have been advertised) but more importantly the building entrance wasn't cleaned either and there were bin bags near the lifts for days as well as a bad smell the whole time. The WC didn't work well and it took 3-4 flushes to clear. Also, there was not enough toilet paper for the whole stay. There was no sponge to wash the dishes nor enough cutlery, glasses or dishes to accumulate a few days and then do a full dishwasher cycle.
