Positive section of review
Great location, it is walking distance to museums like Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum, Moco, Diamond, with green areas around. Trams are close by, very easy to move around in different parts of town . There is a lovely park nearby. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area , AirPort Express 397 stops 5 min away . They have lovely staff, very helpful, and good breakfast variety.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and we would absolutely love to come here again. The room was amazing, and the location is simply beautiful. Also, the coffee machine in the room was perfect.

good hotel, good coffee and above all a very good worker at night, very friendly, super friendly, I would definitely return because of the tranquility of the hotel and the treatment of the clients by the man who is there at night.

The staff was very friendly. I also like the "trust-bar" very much: you can take the drinks you like, write it down and pay them at the end of your stay - all based on trust. Breakfast included fruits.

For me, the mattress was way too soft. Furthermore, there was only one side-table at the double bed, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was basic, with weak coffee.

It's in the center of the small town. The staff are nice when we encountered issues in the room.

The facilities are old. There are water leakage problem is some of the rooms. We were unlucky to stay in a room that had water leakage problem. The hotel is dealing with the issue now though so might be solved soon. The room is a bit small and crowded. Only one chair in a 4 people room.

Hotel in the city centre with new facilities.

The ventilation is not very good if the windows are closed. However there is no screen in the window so flies would come in if the windows are open. The smell of the restaurant downstairs might go into the room as well when the window is open.

Communication with host. Did not usually answer in a timely way. Had made arrangement to get key and check in, but waited a half hour after apointed time before we found a cleaner sho told us where to find him. He was busy cleaning and did not come to see us.
