Although the facilities are a bit dated, we found everything we needed at a great value for money. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable despite the older amenities.

Location excellent on main road of Queenstown. Be aware the 2nd bedroom is on a mezzanine to the main living area, so little ones won't sleep if you want to use living area.

Stayed 2 nights, excellent location close to everything in Franz Josef. Host very welcoming and pleasant, suggested restaurants etc. Very clean and good standard for a motel.

Thought it was a 2 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms + living) , but only 1 bedroom with second main bed in the living area.

We stayed in apartment 26 (up the back and on the end). Good views, set back from main road and approx 15min walk into central Queenstown.

Although the property had 3 tv's (each bedroom + living area) none of them worked. Poor signal meant it was unwatchable (2 kids) Contacted staff who said nothing could be done.

We stayed 3 nights. Excellent location with approx 5min walk to central Queenstown. Nice modern apartment, 2 separate bedrooms.

Located on the main road out of Queenstown meant traffic quite noisy at all hours, if only a bit more sound proofing and it would be perfect.

Bath. Could it be replaced with a walk in shower. Older people have trouble climbing in and out of a bath to use shower. More parking on site - probably impossible to do. But a suggestion all the same
