I honestly can not fault a thing. The room was clean and warm. The bed was really comfortable. Facilities were better than expected. The location was perfect. And the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and welcome.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, well equipped, warm and very clean. Location next to the lake, the Polynesian spa and a short walk from the events centre was spot on.

Great location, easy walk to lakefront, restaurants etc. Bed comfortable, room warm and clean. Nice view of the lake, gondola etc. Reasonably priced for Queenstown.

Bathroom quite dated and small. Shower over bath not ideal as can be hard to get in and out of if you're older! Roadside noise quite a lot if you are on the lower level like this room.

The food in the cafe - excellent. The kitchen, though it's the first one I've seen with more ovens than teaspoons. The off-street parking.

The wifi is strong in the cafe but falls off with distance. In Maple Lodge, the farthest part, it is weak and drops out often. No privacy curtains on the bunks.

The only thing I didnt like is the very slippery bathroom, very very unsafe specially for the kids. I slid and fell down, hit my head.
