All facilities were as expected. The only down sides were difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel (since it is located within the Sofitel Hotel) and how to access Level 3 where the reception is. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the friendly reception staff directed me to the restaurant within the Sofitel which, although quite expensive, was adequate.

When you first walk into the building it smelt clean and refreshing. The gentleman on the desk changed our room to an accessible shower room for my elderly auntie at no extra cost. When we got into the room, again the smell was beautiful and it was clean and tidy Great place great staff keep up the good work

Great location. Quite block close to many attractions. Heater aircon and electric blankets are handy. We didn’t use the heater or blankets but did appreciate the consideration of the host.

Lovely setting, you wouldn’t think you were so close to the Main Street of Kerikeri. Had a lovely morning visit from 4 hens at my door.

no manned reception after 4pm so had to contact a central number and it took 5 minutes for them to answer so we could book in - which was a bit if a worry also very noisy from other guest’s party and road noise
