Hands down the best place we have stayed on in any of our travels. We enjoyed being a bit more isolated from Bocas itself. The island is amazingly vibrant and natural. The owners are just so friendly and the food was really amazing. Being able to borrow the Kayaks and Snorkeling gear was a nice plus. One day we Kayaked over to Red Frog Beach and saw some Dolphins along the way. If you Kayak along the shores there is a good chance to see sloths as well. We also really just enjoyed spending time in the Hammocks on one if the docks.

I would just say if you want to spend a lot of time in Bocas take a Hotel in Town as the Watertaxi to the Hotel costs about 8$ per person.

Breakfast was a bit boring and what should be warm was cold, housekeeping was great and always in time to clean the room and provide towels etc... the bar staff of the 2 bars, casino & pool very friendly. The same I must say about the reception. In the past the hotel allowed women of dubious background in the hotel itself. Fortunately that's not the case anymore as the hotel has a new name and a new management.

The fridge in the room for some reason was not really cold. So my beverages were not cold.

Everthing was ok. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, but i have only one think that i don't like and that was the toalets that they were not clean.

Good locacation and whether, not distortions, calm, not uncomfortable noises, freedom. My stay was to sleep 😴 and I got it very relax during the night 🌙.

Great view from balcony, nice and helpful owner, friendly atmosphere, AC, nicely decorated, interesting other travelors, we very much enjoyed our stay.

No door to balcony, it still has to be constructed, we had to climb through window, but it was funny and we enjoyed the experience :-). Kitchen utensils could have been a little more generous

Nancy insisted that she cannot give the address or even name of the tower (PH Excelsior) in advance, even when required by Uber. She had to talk directly to the taxi driver at length, when all anyone has to tell a driver is to go to the Nissan Dealer on Calle 50 (the entry is just a few steps away from there). So if that's your first stop after landing in Panama, and immigration has to know where you're staying, you're out of luck. Lastly, the man who also lives there is helpful, but you can tell underneath he really doesn't like people staying in his home. He tries to be polite, but his dislike made us uncomfortable.
