we never received any keys. we never stayed there because the address is wrong and the owner never replied to our email and to multiple phone calls (both email address and phone were those mentioned in our booking). We had to find during the night and pay for another hotel.

The owner and booking.com should give the correct address of the property (the address is wrong) and the owner should reply to phone calls or emails (who never did) so we had to book another hotel. We actually should not be charged for this stay due to wrong address and lack of communication with the owner.

The place was very modern and clean, well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very tidy + the hot water didn't give me any issues. The owner was friendly and easy going.

The receptionist cheated us and basically stole money from my friend. The price on the booking site is very different from the reality. Also booking does not take any accauntability for the hoax!!!
