Luxus Grand Hotel is an ‚oasis‘ in bustling Lahore. With its nicely furbished rooms, comfy bed, well working A/C and good food in their restaurant, it provides all you need for a relaxing stay. Over the top is the staff, from the reception to waiter and cook, bell boy, room maids, they are all enormously helpful and kind. For seeing the fort and other sights you need to take a taxi. I‘ll stay there again next time I‘m in Lahore!

Traveling with family makes one really concerned about staying at a good place. Alhamdulilah we luckily found Airways Guest House on Google and it was the best decision. Awesome hospitality in such good rates. Definitely coming again here 100% recommend ✨

A pleasant room with a lovely sitting area and fabulous balcony and view of the mountains. The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is good with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a very interesting little museum on-site.

There was hot water but the shower spray wasn't working properly. The wifi dropped out a lot. The windows need cleaning (everything else was clean).

The hotel is in a good location close to all the main sights of Karachi. The general staff are attentive and polite. A shuttle to the airport was also provided which is very helpful. They provided early check in and rooms close together which was useful.

The rooms and decor were quite outdated and not to my level of cleanliness expected of a 5 star hotel. The reception staff were not inviting or helpful, when I checked in the lady on the desk asked me to pay over what I was required to pay as she was not able to calculate the correct figure. I did not feel welcomed when I arrived I felt very on edge checking in. The room was pleasant but could have been more clean. Breakfast was ok nothing extra ordinary. I was shocked to witness a staff member drop some spoons on the floor at breakfast and then proceed to put them back on the table for use. The napkins at breakfast were also not changed after each sitting. These things made me question the overall cleaning standard at the hotel. At checked out the procedure at reception was again very stressful, with demands about the use of the mini bar which I explained I had not made a list of my use of the minibar. I didn’t find the reception staff to be kind, understanding or reassuring. I was disappointed they also gave my security deposit back in cash instead of on my card which was a great inconvenience as I was due to leave Pakistan so now this is further hassle for myself. They said they could note down my card details and do it later however I did not feel comfortable doing this. Overall the stay was very disappointing and I would not return or recommend.

The free breakfast was included in the booking and haven't been provided at all. There wasn't shower available except a tap and a bucket. No toiletries available and toilet paper hasn't provided. The host was unreachable when I attempted several times to contact for assistance and services.
