Great location. Everything you need is nearby. Comfortable and large sofa. Good bed linen. A lot of attention from the host organization. Clear instructions for check-in.

The street below is very noisy and there is often shouting at night. The toilet flush button did not work. It was very annoying. Very little tableware and cooking utensils. There are practically no pots and pans for cooking, and what there presented - partly is not suitable for an induction cooker. A microwave is available in the photo, but not present in reality. This apartment contains many lamps, but the light bulbs do not work in them. The cleaning staff showed up exactly at 11:00 - check-out time.

Location of this apartment is great. Free parking possibility is very important and well organized.

The room was not cleaned before we arrived. They just changed the bed linen. The dishwasher contained dirty dishes. There was dust in the closets. The kitchen is poorly equipped. No microwave. When checking in, the code for the entrance where the apartment is located was not indicated in their letter. The handle on the bathroom door was broken. Insufficient lighting. The room is poorly ventilated. And more: there lives a very noisy family behind the wall, who threaten to call the police if the apartment guests make noise, but at the same time they themselves have been screaming very loudly since 6 in the morning.

I've never ever slept in such a mess and dirt. Sticky floors, coffee tables, dust everywhere, sodden mattresses, hair from previous residents on the bedding, dirty walls, dirty blinds, dirty doors. Dirt in the kitchen, in the refrigerator and scale on the taps and kettle. Destroyed furniture, door handles falling off, bathroom doors that don't close. The pictures shown on booking is a completely different apartment and the offer presented is a big scam ! I ask for a full refund of the reservation.
