It was great!! Friendly staff, professional, kind, helpful, generous, patient. Thank you to all! Blackout blinds, breakfast, access to beach and walking trails, modern bathroom, outdoor pool, beautiful and quiet surroundings, steam room, sauna, outdoor seating at the restaurant, low level gentle music inside restaurant at dinner.

These are very minor things: Jacuzzi not hot. No instructions on how to use fan, blinds and A/C in room. Cleaning staff golf trolleys parked directly outside of the windows of my ground floor room.

Comfortable studio with a vast outdoor space and banana garden. Those who wake up early can enjoy the incredible view of the sunrise. The town centre, restaurants and seafront are a 5 minute walk.

The location is very close to the Trindade station, which has A, B, C, D E, F lines so it's very convenient. The apartment was nice and clean. The host is very kind and thoughtful.

10 for location, there are stairs to all apartments. Street parking 1.60 euro for 2 hours, free after 7 pm.

Shower design lets water on the floor, could be cleaner. Rug seemed a bit dirty better without it.

I decided to stay 2 weeks after the first one went Ok. However my experience changed completely the second time. The flat in the second time did not have pans or knifes. I asked 2 times to 2 different employees for a pan and a knife which they told me to go and ask in the kitchen. I managed to ask to be delivered in my room which it was, but not the pan nor the knife that I requested. I went to ask a 3rd time and they brought me wrong stuff, again. They obviously wanted me to cut vegetables with a huge bread knife. After that I gave up and decided to just improvise. So service quality not that great. I also got a bottle of wine and water during my first week stay but not in my second stay under the same conditions. The pool is a little old. Some sockets did not work and I burn myself with a pan that had a defect (and therefore asking for a different pan).

Getting to the guesthouse is a real nightmare for anyone who doesn't have a camper van or a 4x4 car, even following a document with instructions sent to us by Amelie. Once we finally arrived at the accommodation, we felt afraid of making the journey back and were therefore stuck in that place. It was said that we would have a mountain view but in reality we had a giant, unkempt grasses view. Also, there were many flies on the porch because of the herbs that ended up entering the room. As for the room, it was sloppy. There weren't even bath or hand towels, much less shower gel. In short, a surprise, but an unpleasant one.
