I had a very great time at Shell Villa. The room is perfect for everything what you need. The hotel staff is amazing, they will do everything to make you feel comfortable. The location is good,only 10 minutes from the airport. I will come back in the near future. Thanks for the hotel staff for this perfect stay!

The internet was faster than the other hotel but it was not secured. There was also a limit on devices.

The rooms are a complete fire hazard. They clearly have issues with theft so they welded the balconies shut. In the event of a fire you could not escape. I'm surprised palau fire code allows this.

Mouldy shower mat TV only had Chinese stations, no pay channels to cater for all guests No lift, just stairs Smelly drains making the rooms smell Small water bottle provided, needing to have to attend reception each time it needed refilling Kettle in room but no tea/coffee - why is the kettle there? Breakfast very simple offering, purported to be on a terrace - more like a closed in room with windows all around. No atmosphere. Power voltage/socket different to Palau - had to borrow adaptor from hotel Plant in room needs to be refreshed.

Hotel looks really bad from the outside but is nice inside. The staff is very nice.

The internet is terrible. It is not working in the rooms at all. They said all internet in Palau is like this but that is not true. Internet works fine at canoe house and other nearby hotels and restaurants. You will only get a little bit of service in the lobby. It made it extremely hard to stay connected with friends and family back home.
