The hotel is in a great location from public transport (Airport Buses, City Buses, Trams, Trains, etc. The staff are very professional and friendly. They also speak English so it’s very convenient. The rooms are so clean! And during my stay I came back each day to fresh bed linen, a clean and neatly ordered room. The breakfast at Roy’s has wide variety and tasty breakfast. I tried lunch on my first day and it was also really great with a 10% discount! The access to free coffee and treats all day in the lobby is the icing on the cake!

For someone who is used to firm beds, the bed in my room was not so comfortable.

The vibes of living in that boat are immaculate, best card game evenings and beautiful rain sounds on the roof ! The beds were comfortable and awesome that they were in seperate rooms :) also the shower room is pretty close and clean :) and it couldn’t be more central !

One of the windows leaked and was moldy and it was damn cold at night and we just had one heater as the other one was broken. So my brother had to freeze haha. Also the hail was coming inside through some openings but that was rather fun tbh

Love the dinner and breakfast that was included. Good quality and balanced selection. Room was spacious with kitchenette and it exceeded our expectation. Great value for money. Will definitely choose Clarion Selection hotels in the future.

However, we noticed some minor drawbacks for ourselves: • The bed is very soft, which made it difficult to fully rest at night; my back hurt in the morning, as if the mattress was sagging, putting strain on the back. • There were stains on the carpet next to the bed. • After check-in, the staff entered the room without waiting for permission, simply unlocking the door with their key after a brief knock. • There’s a constant whistling sound from the ventilation in the bathroom. • There’s no shelf for shampoo in the shower. • The duvet filler was clumped, which was inconvenient.

Things were finished all the time, nobody filled them up. When I asked the staff for a mug she told me to go to other side of the buffet and get it.
