Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Switzerlandmany rooms face a relatively narrow courtyard with countless office windows; so there is no view and not a lot of natural light in rooms that are already dark by design. although the gym is relatively well-appointed, the fact that the personal trainer had his lunch on a bench and a dog was roaming around was irritating.
modern, comfortable downtown accommodation with spacious rooms that attracts a mixed, pleasant crowd. the room included a generous desk, which ideally suited my needs for a short business trip.

TurkeyIt is an excellent hotel. Location was great, 8-9 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. You are in walking distance to most of the Stockholm attractions. Lots of shopping areas nearby. Hotel was very stylish, staff was really helpful. Room was big and very well designed. Bed and pillows were especially excellent. Couldn't checked out the roof (it was closed due to weather condisions). The hotel has the option for online check-in and check-out. Overall a great experience.

United KingdomThe menu changes for the in-room dinning hasnt been great. The full AtSix breakfast is now an item that requires pre-ordering with reception. The English Breakfast option isn't well thought out. An English breakfast can't simply be bacon, eggs, and sausages. It should come with bread, mushrooms, and some options of sauces. Mine seemed like a plate piled with leftover scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages
The familiarity of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, and its proximity to so much ie. Central station, Gallerian mall, and all the shops and restaurants. I look forward to a visit before or during the summer to try out the rooftop bar at the hotel.

United KingdomThe air can be rather dry during the winter months. It would be ideal for the Hotel to have humidifiers for guests. Luckily I could open my balcony window to increase the humidity and prevent nosebleeds. I gave my details for the membership program yet I have received no emails or updates. This would be the second time I have tried to sign to the membership program as I intend to be a repeat guest and explore the option of a residency. I would appreciate a followup from the hotel regarding membership.
The views from the Junior Suite and the restaurant, proximity to the shopping center, and the breakfast made for an excellent stay. The concierge desk was very helpful in securing a last-minute restaurant reservation, an act I appreciated very much.
