The apartment is in a brilliant location. The BTS is just down the street and there is everything you need nearby. The apartment is modern, clean and perfect for 4-6 people (we were two adults and two children). We booked last minute and I called the host with some questions and he was very responsive and also sorted out an issue for us while we were there. Couldn't have wished for better service. Really easy to collect the key card.

Located in the center of busy Chaweng but still very quiet, as soon as you enter the hotel garden. Hotel rooms/bungalows are in Thai style architecture. Beautiful large tropical garden with covered seating groups to escape from the heat. Open air breakfast room directly by the sea with a huge choice for both Asian and Western customers.

The pool area was not really attended throughout the day. Food and beverage remainings from previous guests were not removed. Glass bottles and beverage glasses are allowed in the pool area. During our stay, guests broke twice glass bottles which can be quite dangerous. Glass should be banned from the pool area.

The property was in a great location, and the decor was fantastic, really beautiful. The staff were superb! They organised early airport transport for me, and a packed breakfast was waiting for me in the morning, as I had such an early departure. Faultless from start to finish.

Location was great, 8 min walk to Koh San Road. Coffee was good. We had a great room with loads of space. Friendly helpful staff.

The rude staffs, they do not understand english. I got 1 box of 24k Jewelry, money, and branded things stolen from my room. I had also a leather vest stolen. It was a nightmare, we wanted that to end so quick. Worst place to stay ever, with excessive and fake reviews. Dirty floors, and they will force you to pay or try any way to fool with payable upgrades or simply do not care after your check out. I lost my card and I was told to pay 200 b to have another one. The duty manager (women) stepped in and offered it freely. Be careful to that property. There are much better, there is no entrance its a public entrance you have to go to 9th floor for the lobby. Very very bad decision if you used 4-5 stars hotel. This hotel is mainly a 3 star. No swimming pool, it has a poors man roof top. Nothing 4 stars here
