The beach is rocky, so we weren't able to swim or lay on it. The room was too small for 3+1 persons, no place to put things. 5 min drive from chaweng

Not able yo really enjoy the bath tub. No slts or bubbles available in the room when I needed. I would have bought my own had I kniwn there were none available in the room. The closet area is not good for two people's clothing.

In Samui, I have visited several times, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best choices for accommodation. The hotel is maintained at a high level in terms of hotel service and gastronomy. Room service is very professional, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The hotel complex is so extensive and well thought out that families with children can find entertainment and diversion here. Those who seek a peaceful oasis for relaxation can also find it without disturbance. The breakfasts are so rich that even during a longer stay, I could eat diversely and healthily. The breakfast staff made each morning much brighter for me. They were all so professional, helpful, and attentive that I would like to express my sincere thanks to them once again. I wish the hotel management and its employees many satisfied clients who, like me, will be happy to return.

The beach of the hotel is not that nice, so don't expect to swim in the sea. The location is a little bit further away from the highlights, so you do need a scooter or taxi most of the time to get anywhere.

It is a very beautiful and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and will do anything for you. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choice. Nice and big rooms. The gym is well-equipped.

The adult pool had kids. As he adult pool is also near the jacuzzi area, doesn’t quite make sense to say that it’s the adult pool area since we could still hear the kids playing at the jacuzzi. Ideally, the jacuzzi pool is also out of bounds to the kids as that will make the entire pool area near the beach rather exclusive for some good quiet time. The main pool outside Yangna is already crowded so setting aside the adult pool is a good idea. Saw quite abit of wasted food during breakfast so thought would be good if guests could takeaway food they took but unable to finish. Would be good if breakfast could end at 11am instead. Good if Hagen Daz ice cream can be served while day!

The spaciousness and super friendly staff. Had dinner at Sesun grill on two nights and Chef Kas was extremely accommodating to our request. He kindly switched our seafood pasta to aglio olio and did it exactly how we liked it. The bread was warm and nice. Nice that the staff gave an ice bucket along with the beer when I ordered it by the pool. Breakfast at Yangna was also good just that the coffee tends to take longer to serve when it’s crowded.

Needs more sport outdoor activities for kids. Could not use the sea as it is rocky and the hotel did not place the floating raft for people to use.

Some of the staff at the restaurant by the pool were at times a bit slow to react. Some of the wood planks on the pool patio were coming loose, which posed a safety risk, especially for children running around. The restaurants and some of the services were a bit pricier than we expected.

We booked our room at the Hyatt with only a day's notice because the hotel we had reserved for our Koh Samui stay did not meet our expectations. We were met with hospitality and kindness at this beautifully designed hotel, perfect for a family with children. When our younger child got the flu and we had to stay inside for two days, the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was both functional and tastefully decorated. Our boys loved the kid's club and the pool area and we can also recommend the breakfast buffet. Overall we had a wonderful stay and certainly got value for money.

The beach sand was not comfortable and you cannot swim in the sea without shoes, there are sharp rocks. You need to drive to other beaches nearby.

Everything looks just like the pictures! The room with private plunge pool was amazing and kids loved all the pools and waterslide. Staff is super friendly and happy to help you with any request. Amazing breakfast.

Thought the check-out was a bit clumsy (it was busy, but hard to get a hold of staff to help) and there wasn't a clear place to line up. People pushing in, etc. I only stayed one night, but thought price is a bit high. Beach isn't great for swimming, rubbish in water, but pool is nice.

Definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff are kind and attentive, they fulfilled all our wishes. The rooms are beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The restaurants in the hotel are great, breakfast also. The pools are beautiful and in my opinion it is suitable for people without children and with children. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. For us it was 10/10.

The hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. The location is great, between airport and chaweng beach and close to everything. Alot to say about how beautiful my experience was at this hotel. Staff very professional and nice. Room was very clean with amazing view. Amazing experience and would definitely be my first choice every time I visit samui.
