Pool area is fantastic, staff super friendly & helpful. Hotel has a grandiose old timey colonial feel to it as you walk in. Impressive lobby. Balconies are spacious too.. Good for a relax. Room service good and housekeeping excellent... & if you tip (extra water every day for low tip)

Rooms are tired and badly in need of 2024 refresh.. USB charging, non slide doors to bathroom, better TV and WiFi in the cheaper rooms. Many large conference groups staying and dominating certain areas which is not particularly inviting.

Positive section of review
Great value for money - as cheap as the dorm rooms next door and you get your own large room with balcony and ensuite. Very quiet area off the main road. The young manager was great at communicating as my check in was rather late. I'll definitely stay here next time I dive in the area.

The hotel is good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Helped with our luggage. Allowed us to check us a little bit later. Comfortable bed. Pool is clean. All cafes, shops, drugstores are near. Beach is good few minutes walk from hotel. There are lifeguards at the beach.

Lots of pools, restaurants and areas to relax by. Easy enough to get taxi into kata but also no need to leave the resort if you don’t want. Facilities all clean and staff super friendly.

I’ve given a generous 8 due to the staff/owners being great hosts! Large room with good aircon and fan! Nice bar atmosphere downstairs… Great location as well!

Definitely needs some updating, I think the price should be dropped a little for the time being and renovate the balcony’s and my door didn’t seem to lock which was worrying but I’m not bothered… should of said something but I forgot😅

Staff were great! Very helpful… very nice and clean rooms, sadly I cannot comment on the rooftop pool as I never used it due to it being songkran.

The aircon only on for certain hours was quite annoying as it was not working in the day which I didn’t realise. Also it was only okay not very powerful. Bit far from everything
