The location is great, breakfast is served with variety, and the room is clean. I am happy with the hotel. It was a great experience for my family. I would recommend any family traveling with the young children.

Only thing is the convenient stores are not so conveniently located. I wish the hotel should consider offering options for the guests traveling from long flights and arriving late at the hotel.

The location is great as it was quiet yet a short ride to patong. Food is amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and definitely come back to Hyatt.

Nothing major but i thought the rooms could do with a dehumidifier because at certain times you can feel the humidity inside the room or smell it (hard to explain). It didnt impact our trip at all and it is more of an improvement suggestion.

Good size rooms and friendly accommodating staff. Nice and close to Bumrungrad hospital and restaurants. Convenient shop downstairs for basics

Not enough facilities in the kitchen, no clothes airer after washing clothes, no aircon in lift lobby on every floor. Only one room key was difficult at times.

The air con is not cooling enough. The hotel staff direct open the room door for room servicing after knocking twice and it's shocked us indeed. Yet no apology from the staff.
