The room was clean and neat. The toiletries were good. The receptionist was very supportive and arranged necessary things for us. Free coffee, and towels for beach use were given. A good place to stay near Patong beach.

The shower door was a bit clunky but it was workable and a power plug next to the bed headboard would have made it perfect!

The most value for money you will ever find. A very short walk to Patong Beach and it is right next to a 7-11 and a Tops! The facilities were good and the room was clean, service was great too!

You wont get a luxurious modern hotel, but considering the price and the pictures seen on booking, you also shouldn’t expect it. It was a great authentic hotel with a wonderful staff, especially the girl at the front desk. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Patong beach, but also located in a little street where you can get a good night sleep without noises from the street. You can borrow beach towels at the front desk, have coffee and tea there 24/7. And unlike some much “better” hotels, the room was really spacious! Also we needed to do an early check out because of our flight and that wasn’t a problem either since at that time usually there is nobody at the reception. I would recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, the mattress is rock hard. Which is really too bad because everything else was nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location - I HIGHLY recommend the Turkish restaurant nearby - it was clean and spacious. The fridge was large which I did not need but some people will appreciate.

The hotel could use some fresh paint and other updates. But, they did clean often.

The location and friendly staff are the reasons to stay here. Small seating area off of the main street where you can smoke or sit for a few minutes away from the noise. 2.5 blocks from the beach.

There's a drop step coming into the bathroom which is a bit dangerous. Would be useful to have a warning sign for the slightly clumsier perhaps.

The location is great, perfectly away from the busy main road. The room is spacious with a bunch of storage. Aircon works well. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and warm welcoming.

Quaint little hotel in a near perfect location with plenty of things to do close by while at the same time being away from all the noise and chaos. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff are excellent! They helped me arrange some outings and also my transfer to Samui. They handled my laundry for an extremely reasonable price as well. The people who work here will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed my 5 days here and will be back soon!
