We really liked the bed and linens, very cozy! And I liked that the air conditioner does not make noise, in general this is the norm, but for some reason it does not happen so often.

A hotel is a place where tourists are likely to often stay. But for some reason, not every hotel team makes sure that every guest can watch TV comfortably. For example, a huge rarity is YouTube installed on the TV, then each guest can watch different videos in a different language. But the trick of this place is the instructions on how to turn it on TV. There are five steps. FIVE points to just turn on the TV😅 This was very unexpected😅 By the way, we tried for an hour, but we never turned on the channels. Maybe we're not that smart, but the instructions, which include five steps, are a little discouraging. And one more small nuance. For some reason, bottle drinking water was not offered in the room. There were thermoses in the place where they usually put bottled water for guests, but we just needed water☺️

Excellent friendly staff, very clean facilities, pool always stocked with towels. Blackout curtains worked correctly, making the room very dark which is important for our sleep.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Loved the location, extras offered for snacks/bar and breakfast, and room and bed was very clean and comfortable.

Rates were very high because of the eclipse coming on Monday, however we stayed only for Saturday night and weren’t in the area for the eclipse. Since our stay was 2 days prior to the eclipse, I was disappointed we had to pay such a high rate to stay.

Location good. Only a short walk to Kuhio Beach. Great to have beach towels supplied. We were on 36th floor with great views of the mountains.

Accessing was quite easy, It was in a good central location, the basic facilities in the room were great and the beach gear was a nice touch!

So i did not enjoy the surprise cost of parking when i arrived there. For a couple who had booked a car and a room to then be charged an additional $40/night for parking in the hotel parking was a rude surprise. In Sydney hotels everything is declared online when booking a hotel normally that includes if parking is extra. This is seen as price gouging to an Australian. The only other thing we could of been warned of is how noisy the traffic was here, i needed to get a set of ear plugs to sleep at night.
