Mattress and some towel weren't clean enough. If these two things were on higher level I would give 10/10.

Excellent location. Everything is in very close proximity. The room is large. It has entire kitchen, washing machines, everything you need for a loner stay. Stuff were very pleasant and friendly. Access/check in was super easy, no any additional complication, only you need is access password.

We had never been to Detroit and did not know what to expect, let me tell you, this is the place to stay!! Highlights 1. The hotel is literally right next to the Detroit Air Xpress bus stop. This means it is a $6 bus ride from the airport right to the hotel (2 minute walk). 2. Close to other key transportation. It is an 8 minute walk to the D2A2- which goes right to Ann Arbor. The hotel is also right by the People Mover and also the QLine. We were even able to buy $2 bus tickets to Dearborn to see The Henry Ford Museum. Thus, if you do not have a car and are not from the area (and are trying to save money not ubering) this is a great place to stay. 3. A pleasant walk to all many restaurants and bars downtown. It felt like a very safe area with lots of people walking around in the evening. 4. Using the Sonder App to talk w staff was very easy. They responded promptly and resolved any issues that we had. 5. The room came with useful amenities such as fridge, coffee maker and coffee, dish soap, drying rack, etc. 6. It was very easy to log into the Roku and connect Netflix.

Great location. Rooms are huge in size and everything is provided. Came to watch the Detroit tigers baseball game. Was able to walk around downtown and go shopping. Felt safe, parking available right across the street. Will definitely return!

The only thing I would change was the bedding, the mattress protector didn't fit and the fitted sheet wasn't cotton so it got a bit uncomfortable at night, but that is my preference.

Excellent location, the staff are friendly and the rooms are stylish, clean and well equipped. I had a washing machine and tumble dryer in my room which was handy for a long trip. It's a great location for seeing downtown and excellent transport links to go exploring. The rooms have Haku for streaming all your channels through Netflix and other platforms, the wifi is fast and easy to access.

Turning off the ring bell in the elevator would be appreciated. I would add stronger bulbs/light in the lobby.

It would have been helpful to have a welcoming binder with local restaurants and a comprehensive map of the downtown area. I was able to use Google and Apple maps, but I couldn't get the big picture of the area. Also, the People Mover came in handy and should also be included in the info.

We had a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us. There was enough space to spread out and one of us could use the living area, if the other wanted to sleep. It was well-stocked and the products used for cleaning and the shower were great.

The utensils and cookware in the kitchen were not cleaned properly so we had to wash them before use. There’s also just one pan and one pot so not suited to prepare bigger meals.

We had a nice room, the location is perfect in the middle of downtown Detroit with a bus stop around the corner that serves all bus types (FAST, SMART, airport shuttle and Tunnel bus to Windsor) and a People Mover station on the other side. There’s also a bike stand for the city bike system half a block down, so a great place to start exploring.

I like the view from the window. I like the downtown location. The staff were great. The other people staying there were very polite.

The staff made me feel very welcome and safe. Verything was good qua little old. But in general, it was very nice. I could have better if there was a sofa. There was just one. Seat and 2 stalls. The ceiling hadcoming off, but in general, it was very nice.
