I really appreciated the guy who helped me with my check-in; he didn't speak much English but made an effort and even taught me some phrases in Uzbek. As a young female traveling alone, I was a bit anxious, but his kindness put me at ease. Saying goodbye was a mix of sweet and sad moments. The breakfast was decent and served in generous portions. The room was satisfactory, and I didn't need a heater as it wasn't too cold. The bathroom had a water heater for the shower, but not for the sink. The location was excellent, conveniently allowing me to meet local people at the nearby synagogue and mosque on my way to Registan. It’s worth noting that they don’t accept dollar bills here, which wasn't a surprise to me as I've encountered this before in other countries. However, other places in Uzbekistan did accept my USD cash.

I'm sorry, but I have to be honest in my review. I sensed a bit of favoritism at the hostel towards certain travelers, which made me feel somewhat neglected. There was hardly any engagement between me, the other travelers, and the main host, which came off as rude. One night, while returning from Registan with my tour guide, we needed help with directions as Google Maps wasn't working. When we called for assistance, Aziz was dismissive and rudely claimed he was too busy, which was stressful given that it was dark and we had kids in the car. Shockingly, when we finally made it back to the hotel, Aziz was leisurely enjoying drinks with another traveler. This made me very upset. However, the next morning, another staff member's kind demeanor helped calm me down, making my review somewhat more forgiving. Despite this, due to the overall unpleasant experience, I won't stay here again nor recommend it to friends.

Great breakfast, clean room, excellent internet. Breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view! Kind and polite owner. The hotel is very well located - the center of the old town! Excellent price/quality ratio. I highly recommend this guest house .

Staff very good especially receptionist guy Malek...he was super helpful and welcoming..he helped me and my family a lot..we felt like we were home...room was so big more than we expected.

Location of the hotel is not that good..it is near to the magic city park which is good but far from other attractive places in the city...food was not as I expected also..very limited options to eat.

It doesn't have necessary equipment in room like refrigerator or tissue. The breakfast was so medium without any amazing things. The staff was so kind but I asked them to reserve train by his cart and I pay him cash, but he said I don't have value in my cart!
