      On our Vietnam tour we came a second time to hanoi before we flew back home. And we booked a second time this hotel because it was so beautiful and the very kind staff. We did get an upgrade of our rooms without to ask which was so nice because the rooms were much bigger than the first time. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to explore and enjoy Hanoi. =)

      The great welcome by Cherry, the clean rooms with a hot shower, the comfortable bed (soft!) and the great location of the hotel. Couldn't have been better!

      The host suggested I could visit the waterfalls and return in the same day, which would not have been fun (besides there's a lot more to see!)
