We did not like anything there, i arrived at 17H00 to be told that ,they don't have a room for me. They said they told booking.com that they are fully booked but yet i didn't get that kind of information. I was tired from work and needed to rest ,and from 17H00 sitting in the car, they only sorted my room out by 20:10pm. I was also told that the money that was showing by booking.com,they don't have a room of that value,so they asked me to top up and i did casue i had no choice and noway to go as i was only in Nelspruit for work

Host responded quickly and helpfully to all contact. Very high quality everything. Lovely staff. We stayed in the house, but ate dinner & breakfast at the main lodge - both meals were very good & generous. Pool & common area at main lodge are large & amazing! Ideally suited to self driving tourists (although we weren’t, & relied on Thandolwami for transfer from a lodge 1.5 hrs away)

Just be aware that the self contained house is not walking distance from main lodge (lodge staff transported us to & from the lodge for meals etc). No extractor fans in the bathrooms,

The apartment is really cozy and most importantly you get to choose between a shower and bath tub.😜 It's a home away from home, although netflix wasn't activated in our room, we enjoyed our stay gracias.

Firstly, I asked for a sea view, disappointed back room, the room was above the kitchen, woken early by clanging there as well as the smell of the cooking, woken by noisy party animals returning at 04h00, walls exceptionally thin! Could have been a lot better if we got what we ordered.

The staff was horrible enough to make me decide to not return to the place. There is just a lot and I do not like to write reviews like this, but the young girl who was placed to take care of our stay was absolutely detached and has no idea of hospitality. I also got the chance to speak to the owner on the phone about an issue I had, which was an even more unpleasant experience- she focused on "winning" an argument with me instead of listening to the issues we were facing (quite a small issue in fact) and finding solutions. Non cooperative and terrible attitude, very egocentric and out of touch with customer service. There was also a little bit of false advertising about the place- some of the things listed that they promise to provide are not actually provided, the owner makes excuses about the reason why. Totally pathetic!

House keeping gents just come in wearing hats like gangsters, rooms were not clean, towels were hard, windows with prints on it, bed was not comfortable at all, and as for middle window next to the door it's a no no, toilet had no brushes to wash after use, carpets made that rooms stuffy and dusty. Try to get cheaper irons in each room because ironing station is not an ideal
