Everything, our room,the cleanness. The cleaning ladies were so warm and kind.Even the guy l kept seeing in the Guesthouse ,everytime l bumped into him,he had this huge smile on his face and kept asking if we are still OK...Yoooo yoooo l enjoyed my stay,pity our stay had to come to an end....l had the best Easter weekend ever

The main entrance gate needed to be opened manually, which was not safe because they didn’t lock it.

The house was very big and comfortable. The staff made sure they catered to our needs.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms , but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. They are incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. I will highly recommend Bunitrix guesthouse and I will certainly be seeking to stay here again if I am ever in Port Elizabeth 🌞

The only downside is that there is no shaving points for men. At times the towels and cups were not replaced in the room however when we asked for these items they were replaced immediately. That would be followed by an apology from the owners. We were looking forward to using the swimming pool but it was not properly cleaned. Having said all of that it is still a nice place to stay. The owners and staff were very lovely bunch.

Everything about the stay was great , the staff and room was incredible and neat. Akhona and Lubabalo were awesome they really put the guest interests at ♥. Come to think of it I didn't even meet Akhona but she made sure that I had everything I needed. Thank you keep up the excellent service guys and you have not seen the last of me ...

Cannot fault anything.

I had my questions about being around the area that I felt unsafe in but after the first night I knew I was in good hands. What I liked the most was the fact that no matter how young I am, I was treated like a guest and recieved respect from the staff at all times and they were always interested in my and my partners comfortability in their facility. I also liked how friendly the staff were even through they'd always have to meet and greet different people in the 7 days I was at the guesthouse. All 7 days I recieved a handfull of "good morning's" and "good night's" from the staff. My partner is a fan of coffee and they would provide it upon request after hours. I really enjoyed my stay and being around such friendly, accomadating and carefree people. I would not have to think twice when recommending the guesthouse. I might just come back very soon 😋

At 12am someone came knocking on my door but disappeared by the time I opened the door. Not a comforting safe feeling place. Seemed like I was the only one there. I left to stay with a friend eventually.

The pool worked for 1 day of our stay only and was dirty on our arrival. The family of management used our bathroom. They're was hardly any appliances working or available in the self catering apartment. Cleaning staff had a very bad attitude.

The location was great but that's about it.

I feel like Bunitrix could be an excellent guest house if there were just a few changes made. We were a large group of people, so I cannot speak for everyone, but in the room that two of us were staying in, there was no soap in the shower, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was one coffee mug despite there being two people in the room. These are small things, but together they add up to a sense of the guest house just being unprepared.

The guest house itself is lovely with some great shared spaces - two large, comfortable lounges, a beautiful pool, and a lovely dining area. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, allowing us to drop off our bags early in the morning and just generally being very accommodating.

Our entrance was a staff member sitting on a couch eating Macdonald's and not being prepared. There was no water, then no hot water, then some hot water later on. Shower did not work. It was in the actual house which didn't necessarily match the description at all. Quite loud. Gate wouldn't close for safety of our entrance or car. Had to phone staff at 23:00 which was awkward to close it. No bin in bathroom for my wife. One man was helpful with water situation but rest of owners were quite unprofessional.

The location was good. Easy to find. Directions on app were good.
