It was ideally situated for our purpose of visit. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and loved the little finishing touches. Rooms were adequately stocked with tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. Beautiful garden setting and well maintained.

its expensive not worth that much for one night the checkout time is really early 10 am I think they should keep check out at 12 and not 10

The welcoming , no one there to help or welcome us pathetic Being told that we did not book a game drive, after a unpleasant discussion then they wanted to accommodate us I booked my own game drive at xtra cost , the ranger was good but the experience left a bad taste NOt the welcoming to art of hospitality As Tiaan Oliver promised

Roof pool was relaxing , security at front entrance were help and friendly.

Linen had a bad smell ,pillows , blankets like it hadn't been washed , I always carry a blanket so we used our own and slept on the couch. Everything had a weird smell , even coffee cups in cupboards were not washed clean still had marks and stains inside it .

Front desk service was bad .Breakfast was bad,food was of a poor standard,no coffee,extremly small portion. The room was unsatisfactory. Appliances didn't work. Poor lighting .
