The fourth floor was a lovely spot for us to wait for our rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly great and the staff was fantastic.

The hotel is new and clean, and an adjacent food truck area has good food options. Starbucks is next to the hotel if you want to skip a $32 breakfast fee. The shuttle is convenient and excellent. The pool is a relaxing option.

Cannot opet the window in the room. Small beds. We took a room for 4. It was written double beds, but they were very small. IT was very hard to sleep on that bed even with a kid.

The only downside was that the airport shuttle runs from 6am in the morning, i.e. if you have a flight at 7am, you need to take a taxi for 20 bucks.

There was a fire alarm as soon as we put our bags down in the room lol. It was great though because it went off quickly and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew it was not a real alarm.

The food was great, the style of the rooms and common areas were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

They have a loud live music event in the dining room in the evenings that goes until 10pm. The staff was very nice and moved us to a different room but make to ask. We usually don’t mind a good loud party but we had a very early morning flight the next day.

The staff were so helpful and kind, but they really messed up with the airport shuttle during my stay. I chose this hotel because it has a shuttle (and looked very nice) but my 2-month-old son and I waited at the domestic terminal (standing out front and actively looking) for more than 1.5hrs waiting for a shuttle that never came. Ended up taking a taxi with 2 other couples going to the same hotel. I called multiple times and got a description of the van (which does not say AC Hotels or Marriott on it) and if the driver did ever come by, he never stopped and called out that he was with AC Hotels. I asked multiple Marriott drivers, but they were all with the Courtyard Marriott. And then in the morning, I had to leave around 4:00am to go back to the domestic airport and the shuttle doesn't start til 6am...so I got an uber.

Loved the hotel, the food truck set-up out front, plus grocery store, starbucks, and bakery right out front was so convenient, room was very comfy/nice/clean, and loved the little nespresso pod coffee maker.

We were in between airports for a night, after coming out of the jungle. Next time we would book an extra day there to chill. Nice roof top pool area. Everything modern and clean (and dry, after the jungle).

Everything was fine during our experience. The only thing that didn't meet our expectations was the pool that, regardless being a good pool, it is in the middle of the 4th floor bar. That means less privacy and a bit of exposure if you use this resource.

The hotel has it's own business centre and small shops in the complex. Suits every need and has plenty comfort.
