The room has no windows, and some of the mosquito nets were broken, some pretty big bugs found their way in, which made me a bit nervous. The wifi was pretty bad, had problems even sending an email. Pretty overpriced. The area of Fortuna is not the most beautiful, we did not enjoy our stay in the area. The tours were extremely overpriced compared to other areas we visited.

Nice cabins, decent food. The walks around the are are nice enough, and you can see some animals. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The staff at Arsenal Oasis were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked several tours through the front desk and all were good value for money, with exceptionally knowledgable guides - the Night Walk/frog tour was a particular highlight. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds, good ceiling fans and large fridge meant we stayed in comfort. Two wooden rocking chairs on the front porch were perfect for enjoying a sudden rain storm.

I booked for my son to have a nice birthday! after 2 hours I heard from him .. mom I’m in paradise! I had a lot of texting to the people from the lodge! they all were all the time super helpful and friendly! thanks a lot dear oasis lodge Team to make all dreams come true ! your place is a dream for all nature lovers and your food is fantastic! we will come back! if you want to visit Germany! text me ! we run a hotel here as well ! our son felt like in paradise!

Wonderful place! Seen lots of animals... I didn't understand why the morning tour was set at 5:45am until the animals' sound woke me up around 4am..lol...highly recommend it!

Nothing major at all. If you will be disturbed by forest noises at night then bring earplugs.

Amazing place set in the forest. They have their own forest trail and we did the night frog tour. It was brilliant, we saw so many frogs and the guide was great. You can drive your car right up to your own little chalet. Meals in the restaurant were great and accompanied by various birds eating at the feeder.

The bathroom was very dark. There was only a small area to hang/put your clothes.

We loved the rustic bungalow which had a fridge, bath and outdoor seating area. The bungalow was spacious and had its own parking. The food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Isaac was incredibly kind, Jose managed the night tours and was super responsible and polite, the reception staff was attentive and sweet. I loved everything! Commuting around La Fortuna can get pricey with taxi's.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, the setting was absolutely perfect, and I loved the hummingbird gardens and trail! I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to La Fortuna!

The cabin was a great stay for our family, as we had one room with a king-size bed and another with twin beds (cabin 15). We had our own kitchenette and two full baths. It was a great option for our family, and the walking paths were wonderful entertainment. I loved watching the birds and wildlife from the restaurant. At night, we coordinated a private nature tour with a guide. It was amazing! We saw so many things that would be missed without a guide, including 8 different kinds of frogs, three snakes, and so much more. The location was outside of the town, so it felt like authentic Costa Rica. Our kids were 2 and 5 years old, so it was a great home base for naptimes and family time.

This place is great. This is not adjacent to the rain forest. It is IN it. Indeed, after dark you are advised not to walk between cabins as there is a danger of snakes. The cabin was beautiful, big and well-equipped. Just a fabulous place run by a wonderful family. They will also help you with any and all tours.

We had to leave early the next morning before breakfast and they made us packed breakfasts the night before! Very kind hosts! Rooms are nice and clean. The sounds of the jungle at night is beautiful
