Our villa had a stackable washer and dryer which were not working properly and unfortunately we did not figure that out prior to starting a load of laundry, however the staff came through and dried our clothes in their commercial units and even folded them for our use that evening.

Enjoyed the location - just outside of La Fortuna so we were able to enjoy access to restaurants, etc. but also good access to Mistico Park and other attractions near Arenal volcano. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was adjacent to the tree with lots of wildlife and felt very secluded. A smaller resort that was not necessarily fancy but very comfortable and the staff was very helpful!

Fantastic hotel, exceeded our expectation in every way. Loved the chilled atmosphere after staying in busier hotels nearby. Saw lots of wildlife from our room. Great volcano view. Excellent location for nearby activities. Fab Italian restaurant onsite, amazing pizza. We had the 2 bedroom villa, fantastic for our family of 4, two big bedrooms, sofas and kitchen. Pool was warm, never too busy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The wifi barely worked on this property. Also the jacuzzi was cold when we went to use it. I asked if they could turn the heat on and they said they would, but never turned it on. The room had a lot of ants in it. The ants got on our clothes.

The property overall was a nice and comfortable. The trees and flowers were beautiful and well maintained. The food was buffet style and there were a good amount of options to choose from. Definitely above average breakfast. The pool area was nice with a jacuzzi. The room are individual huts that were nice.

The staff especially at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. They provide you with advices on different tours and organize them for you. The property itself is nice as it is not one of these huge hotels. For breakfast you'll find traditional costarican food as well as toast and some cereals.

The rooms were a bit small, but honestly, we didn't need anything fancy. I would totally stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. We got in and were told breakfast and checkout times. We said we had an early (6:30am) ticket for Mistico and wouldn't make 7am breakfast. The woman at the front said, "come back at 7pm, and we'll have a breakfast to go box for you." I was blown away by their efforts to accommodate us. We had dinner next door and sure enough, by 7pm the boxes were ready for us. They had a sandwich, papaya, pineapple, a juice box, and dessert type of bar. Everything was wrapped up and ready to go. We put them in our refrigerator in the room. It came in very handy for our morning adventure.

Booked tour thru hotel and not well organized. 30 minutes late for pick up and dropped off 1 1/2 hour early? So communication between tour and hotel poor! Better to book tour down street for better information and scheduling. We were family five with kids and this should be better organized as we paid extra to hotel for service.

The room was really big with 2 big beds bathroom was big and over all with great quality. The staff was amazin Marry and Margarita were helpful in any questions I had and really really took care of me. They have a great restaurant as well and special thanks to Adriano 😺

We had our own villa with a fantastic view of Volcan Arenal. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was quiet. We ate at the on-site restaurant most evenings (3 of 4) as the meals were very good and good value. We found all the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Maybe only one thing - it is on the main road which had the advantage of being easy accessible but as well it is not in the nature. I would not say I did not like this but more than i did not expect it Not a lot of room for storage in the rooms - although there is a sort of kitchen niche which not sure how much is used actually - as there is no way to really cook and the breakfast is included The air conditioning was excellent

The only area that could be better is that the car has to be parked a bit far from the actual room in our case, yet that is a minor aspect. We were able to see that some rooms had a much closer parking area.

Even though I had to cut my stay short due to a personal emergency, the time spent was well enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful, plus the restaurant "Que Rico" provides excellent value for the quality of food.

Since the hotel is located on a country road there is nothing around it. for eating etc. you always have to use the car or eat in the hotel's own restaurant, which is also ok for one evening. TV is only operable with sufficient patience.

the hotel is laid out like a bungalow complex and each room has its own terrace. the rooms are large, clean and modern. there are no hot springs here, but the highlight is the pool and the jacuzzi. Breakfast is great here.

There were a few insects that got into the room, but it is located in a jungle setting. Otherwise, there really wasn't anything that was deficient.

The property was beautiful and the 2-bedroom apartment unit was perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms and bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view towards the volcano. The facility is located about halfway between La Fortuna and Tabacon. The staff was very accommodating, and even prepared a made-to-order breakfast for us on the day of departure despite having a staff retreat that day.

The television in our room was changing color back and forth and it was really loud and we couldn’t turn it down. Also the Wi-Fi was really slow in our room.

The breakfast every morning was delicious!! The staff were kind and very helpful! The grounds are beautiful!
