All the staff are so nice, especially the breakfast ladies. Breakfast is excellent and all the foods are so fresh. There are a lot of trees on the property and so lots of birds flying around, it's beautiful to listen to them. I was on vacation to simply exist and breathe after all the pandemic stress and this property was excellent for that.

The ants found food we had in the room super fast and were all over it. Not the Inn's fault, just would have been better without them.

We loved the location! It's outside of the city, but not too far . Also, the room and the grounds were beautiful! The kitty that visited us at breakfast just made it that much better!

Great value for the price and they’ve done an amazing job at creating a little oasis in the middle of a busy city. The bed and bedding was comfy and breakfast by the pool was great!

We had a huge, comfortable room, with a kitchen and a big patio with 4 rocking chairs and a table! We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The grounds are lovely, quiet, and well kept. It was close to our friends’ house.

The front desk guy was not very friendly. Did not like the lights over the bed. One of the glass bottles was off centered and I was concerned it would fall on me while i was sleeping.

Breakfast was awesome. Good food servers super fast. The hostess here was AMAZINGLY efficient. Room was comfortable. They can loose the big wooden closets as basically you live out of your suitcase if staying for 1 or 2 nights. .

The jacuzzi leaves a lot to be desired, I'd suggest stopping advertising it, it's not even warmed. The pool is nice though

The hotel is set in a jungle oasis, so lovely. The rooms are quirky and classically Costa Rican. It is very nice to feel like you're visiting Costa Rica and a place with a taste for creativity. The Peruvian woman who makes breakfast and runs the ship is a beautiful soul, she's a big reason we keep returning!

The room was fairly quiet but there were some unavoidable problems like wildlife being loud and people talking outside the room, it was not too much of an issue. Also there was some confusion about payment from the shuttle, but it was mostly due to the language barrier and the very late time we arrived.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with great coffee and fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, when my partner twisted her ankle they gave us ice to stop any swelling.

I had a large room overloooking the central car park/courtyard - the terrace was not that appealing however as there was noisy activity from very early in the morning onwards by the property ground staff. I guess there's not much they can do about this but it wasn't very peaceful.

This is not a reflection on the Inn, but we had difficulty finding the place. When contacting the Inn, we were given perfect directions to get there.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast served poolside. The room was clean and welcoming as well as spacious. The property is well hidden which makes it even better as far as location. It is located close to food and things to do.

its a bit loud, i had a room close to the gate, so, lots of noise, but i guess if you get a room more inside its quite nice and more quiet.

the manager is super nice and they help you out with everything and they really care. i felt welcome and the pool is very nice. also the rooms are cute and the bed is very comfortable.

Cockroaches in the kitchen. Breakfast very limited. Toast, jam, eggs, beans, rice, orange juice.

Beautiful outside. Fireplace blazing at night. Loved the fluffy thick towels and hot shower after having lived in the jungle for a month 😊
