The room has good view and very good food, the staff communication it was exceptional and helpfull at every moment taht we requiered something

Poor communication when restaurants were closed, didn’t respond to emails prior to arrival, the very long windy road to get there (hello carsickness), the teen zone didn’t open until 6pm (kids would have taken a break from the sun and played ping pong during the day).

It was beautiful, lots of choices for food, pool was nice, right on the beach

Staff was so rude. At the concierge, the lady stated talking bad about me, not knowing I understood spanish.

The food was not very good. The lines for restaurants were long. The check in /.check out was slow. Needed to move one night due to cancelled flight - took 4 phone calls was told policy was k changes. $823 a night too expensive for quality of food etc Tge monkey excrement in hall on corners of deck and staircase not good

Slow service, had to call multiple times for things and were incorrect. Very loud music blasting all day and night. Room service food was awful.

Good food especially the breaks fast buffet, kids loved the kids club, bath on the balcony, monkeys on the balcony

Room wasn't clean, old pipes in the walls making loud sounds all night. Worst of all, the sales pitching. I thought I was at a time share. Really aggressive with trying to sale more vacations and experiences. It was too much, and off putting. The liquor was soooo watered down. It was absurd. Made me questions if I was even drinking alcohol. Overall this resort is a pass, I would book elsewhere

The monkeys. The staff, outside of the sales team which was pushy and overbearing. The pools where nice. Gift shop was nice, had lots of items to chose from. The bell boys and wait staff was very attentive

Rocky road to the hotel with many potholes, food / drinks quality could have been better, very small gym for the size of the property, unattentive staff, generally rather low value for money.

quality, check in was awful, the restaurant I have to wait around 30 min for a drink and the food not was so delicious, the mini bar there’s only 3 beer, the place is good but if you don’t have good service that all inclusive become normal place I mean, looks that one star

The rooms were dirty, the staff was at times in a bad mood, the beach was dirty and the lounge chairs were always full of towels and dirty.

that half was rented to an I Dian family wedding that took up half of my vacation blasting their music. not relaxing at all. dining was invaded with their noise. every resort activity was hardly heard through it. they brought their own chef so the spices permeated through the resort and pool area. horrible experience my 1st 3 nights. also the hibachi style restaraunt clearly stated reservations 24hrs prior and on Tuesday they said it was booked through Saturday which was the end of our stay. likely the middle eastern wedding people bought that out

with covid restrictions lifting the entire resort is available.

scaffolding up half the trip. man leaning against 2nd floor balcony scaffolding for 4 days without warning. hotel said they could do nothing, so lost access to balcony for over half the trip. kayaks can’t be used for entire trip due to staff creating lies so they do not have to work. They restock nothing. not even toilet paper so you have to continuously call for things. service is horrible and much of the staff is not gay friendly. this is so far from everything so it’s hard to experience Costa Rica

The Rendezvous lounge had no music or tv’s to view NBA playoffs games.

The preferred pool area and amenities. The hibachi restaurant was great!

Gorgeous property. Loved all the pools and the greenery it was really gorgeous. I was very sad though to hear that the clubs weren’t open.
