Super relaxing spot...excellent getaway & volcano view when visible is Spectacular. Best breakfast ever too! Staff was so wonderful & detailed in assistmce, felt like friends.

There is no restaurant here. Just serves breakfast. But there are many eating places within a few minutes drive, if you want to drive the lane way in the dark

Breakfast was great. Location up a dirt road was easy to find. Just before Baldi, look for the hotel sign and follow the gravel country lane up to the hotel

Nice facilities and comfortable beds. Lovely little thermal pools. Great views of arenal volcano and decent breakfast. Staff were very pleasant. The location is good if you have a car, it is very close to la fortuna, which i found to be very delightful..

Lydia has just recently acquired the place and is doing her best to make it a great place - it was nice to see her making lots of improvements such as repairing one of the thermal pools. she is open to ideas so keep making them to her.

the setting was stunning ! when the clouds cleared you could see the volcano from the thermal pool and breakfast area. the gardens were stunning with peacocks wondering around !

Maybe if it could have a restaurant in the future so people can eat at lunch or dinner. It could be useful to modify some sidewalks for elderly people

lovely location with volcano views ;) Alber (owner) is extremely kind and helpful! helped us to book restaurants and also added mosquito net to the window as I’m allergic to aircon so we needed opened windows. very nice hot springs - super clean and not crowded at all! Alber regularly (almost daily if not daily) empties / refills those very nice grounds with lots of birds and peacocks ;)

Great location outside of town. Great host Great breakfast Pools are lovely and didn't need to pay to visit a fancy one Only really practical If you had a car, we walked to the only restaurant nearby Bongos which was fine. Baldis and the zipline are probably in walking distance. Friendly guard dog

Be aware that in August 2022, the listing for the economy room showed 2 beds (and a photo of 2 beds!), but there was only one bed: this was their error and it was lucky we could change to a suitable room.

Everything was ok, only in advertising for customers it should be clearly stated that smoking in Costa Rica is prohibited. Nicotine addiction person can have a problem;)! On the other hand you and animals receive area free from smoke and any other contaminations. True and nice place far from La Fortuna crowds. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel grounds at this facility were absolutely amazing. The flowers, the plants and the birds exceeded my expectations. The three hot thermal pools refilled each day were also great to use.

it’s a little inconvenient without your own transport

lovely grounds in farmland near to all the expensive hot spring properties. the pools can be enjoyed without the crowds of the other locations. Friendly manager Albert that runs the hotel helped with everything.

Some people might find the location a little remote from La Fortuna.

This place is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is generous. The surroundings are beautiful, lots of beautiful plants and birds. The little pools are clean and warm and fed by the local hot spring water. My economy room was very basic but it had everything I needed, it was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and it felt very secure.

The shower / Bathroom is simple. Expected higher standard.

Great place. Albert the host does a remarkable work keeping the guests happy. The thermal water pools are in the middle of the place and are big and very relaxing. The place is very close to the Arenal volcano and the sights are magnificent.

comfortable room in convenient location. Garden and hot springs we a bonus. Far enough form downtown to be quiet but close enough for an easy drive down to the town at night.

- accommodation is quite outdated - breakfast only start at 8h00. This is quite late for people who like to start early.

- price wise it was ok, compared to other options in La Fortuna
