The queen rooms aren’t as comfortable. The cards are always deactivating. Making it hard to get into the room

There was garbage under the bed. The bath tub was dirty. I had to reclean the bath tub before using, there was hair everywhere. Also there was no hot water at night. This was disappointing since the reason i bought this room was for the tub.

The room was a large size. The bed was comfy.

The 1st room that we were checked into had huge hole in the ceiling above the shower, you can tell that the hole was there for a long time due to the rust ring around it. The refrigerator was rusted out and dirty on the inside. There was NOT a chair for the table in the room. All the hangers was missing in the closet which made it pointless to use. Overall, it was VERY dated. Room 161 should be shut down!!! Next day we requested to switch to another room which they did.

The only positive outcome of this property was the staff.

Not as advertised. Said continental breakfast, we got there for breakfast and that only few slices of bread and a lady told us to make our own waffles. No juice or coffee available. Disappointing. Also rooms were outdated my room had broken table, very dusty and stains on some sheets.

For the price paid not worth it. More of a motel than a hotel.

Location on a service road was difficult to find. Breakfast was disappointing. No juice in the machine, nearly empty cereal hoppers and what was available in them did not match what the signs on them said. Poor and limited choice of breads. An unpleasant old lady attendant who was listening to loud Spanish language videos rather than paying attention to the items mentioned above.

The fact that i went to check out and no one was there. Also, there was no iron in my room so i had to borrow one from another room. Last but certainly not least, the bathroom was slightly dirty not to standard at all.

No wifi at anytime, also bad signal at your mobile device. The fee for your pet has to be when you left the property, for example my little dog not pii or poo inside or damages, they should make that charge after the stay if they see something damaged or wrong! Thats not fear! Also need more attention to the guest, more towels available and better cleaning.

The first floor room (134) was really dirty. There were bodily stains on the beds and sheets, bathroom tub water was brown along with sticky floor. The quality of the room wasn’t worth the price we paid for the better room with the balcony and king size bed. Would love to receive part of a refund for that if possible. Otherwise, the staffers and service was great.

Breakfast was great. Service and staff was amazing. Really appreciated the Uruguayan staffer, she went out of her way to help us dry something before our flight and really appreciated the guys at the front desk who accommodated us by changing our second floor room to a bottom floor (whoever the room upstairs with the king bed was worth a lot more and our room was really dirty and stained and had brown water). The pool and outdoor facilities looked amazing.

Me and my wife needed clean blankets and sheets and towels and they told me three times someone is coming they only brong us the cover for the bed and a sheet but no blanket or towels

there was an active water leak in the ceiling and a hole in the ceiling. Water is dripping onto my head when I tried to take a shower. That leak was obviously going on for a few months. I got no compensation for my inconvenience. I asked to be moved and they said they were full they couldn’t and I asked for a reimbursement and they said no. I am tempted to call the New Jersey state department of health. This is not a good situation in room 105. That room should’ve been taken off line along time ago until the repair was made. I worked in maintenance at the University at Buffalo for 35 years. I know a leak like that. Doesn’t happen in a couple days or even a couple weeks.

the facility was filthy. The room smelled like dirty and wasn’t neatly. The TV didn’t work and the surfaces were dusty, I couldn’t use all the drawers to put our clothes because they were dirty. therefore, I cleaned one to put my daughters clothes only.
