The wifi was not very strong.

I liked the fact that it was not a large hotel. The service was very personal. The food and the cocktails were good. One could walk to many other facilities in the neighbourhood. The sunset was fantastic and we saw a few animals while sat on the balcony.

Our standard room had a noisy air-conditioning unit. However, when speaking with other guests who were in the oceanview suites, their aircondtioning units were quiet. If we were to return, we would definitely book an oceanview suite. The potted plants in the pool patio area needed some attention.

We loved our 3 day stay here. Excellent location overlooking a cove with lovely ocean view and spectacular sunsets. Close to stores, restaurants and transportation to Manuel Antonio Park and only a 20 min walk to two beautiful local beaches. During our 3 day stay it was a haven for wildlife encounters... 3 toed sloth, monkeys and various birds. The restaurant was situated to take in the amazing ocean view. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the small pool and surrounding patio spaces.

Friendly and informative reception staff and owner. Lovely location with great views from the spacious and comfortable rooms. Well located restaurant with good service and food. Nice relaxed setting for pool and bar.

Overall the property needs refreshening. Towels were frayed, in room amenities were very limited, furniture could use refinishing and that sort of thing. It appears they are starting to do so; the railings were getting painted for example.

The view is breadth taking, and the restaurant is good. However; the room is not what I was waiting for. It has in the middle a tube from the air-conditioning that was dropping. The water in the bathroom has a problem and it comes only hot, even in the toilet. The chair in the balcony is broken. The sofa is extra used and not really comfortable. And some other things, for example, the door is very difficult to close.

Could have been bit cleaner and better maintained. But overall it was really great. It’s not adjacent to the beach.

The door of the room could be tricky to lock, the Wi-Fi need to be checked and tv streaming could be better. Small details for a beautiful place.

It has an amazing view to the sea, the location was very convenient, the breakfast was delicious and the owners are super friendly and they make you feel like in home. Very welcoming place and excellent to enjoy wildlife. We’ll definitely comeback!

Very good location, between beaches, and 3km to Manuel Antonio Park. plenty of restaurants in a close walk. Great view from almost everywhere. small but nice scenic pool. Animals are very frequently at the hotel - monkeys, tucano, I could even see a sloth from the balcony. staff is very nice and helpful! if you need to have dinner at the hotel, their restaurant is just fine.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had the howler hangout room which had a really good view and two toucans who were hanging out there. There is definitely a lot of wildlife around the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful so we had a very pleasant stay!

this hotel has the best of white Costa Rica has to offer. You’re in a mountainous jungle overlooking the ocean. The room we stayed in had two glass walls. It made you think that you were sleeping in a tree. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A truly unique experience. We were lucky enough to be there when the dates on a palm tree were ripe. Enjoying our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the jungle and the ocean, we watched six red macaws and a monkey eating their breakfast.

The rooms were great with heaps of windows, but that also meant it was very bright and there were only sheer curtains. Would have been great if the curtains were block out.

We had a great stay at Mango Moon! We saw some animals right at the hotel, including a sloth, monkeys and toucans. The room was clean with great views & the breakfast was really good too.
