I had to change the room twice as there were cleanliness issue. The room has a very bad smell. Same was informed and I was given another room which was just slightly better than the previous one.

The first room we were in was a bit dirty and the shower glass panel was falling out.

The workers were very nice and accommodating. The second room we were transferred to was very comfortable and spacious.

Needs a bit of modernising, outdated rooms/bathrooms and decor. After staying I thought that it was a little expensive for the quality and being out from downtown. I know this isn't the hotels fault but the area outside isn't very safe if you are by yourself, I had a few issues.

Reception staff were really friendly. Centrally located in Chinatown and just a short walk away from the train station. Very clean. The bed was super comfortable!

They have street parking but do not park on the street I repeat so not park on the street 😭 They charge $40-50 for parking trust me do it. Parked on the street and came out and somebody had stole my Cadillac converter it was literally parked right across from the hotel. So instead of being out $50 I'm out $450 😭🤦

If your looking for a bang for your buck this is it!🤣 The rooms are simple and to the point. All the amenities of a larger room just kid size. So if your looking for an inexpensive stay in Chicago this is it.

The place looks like its never been cleaned. Many layers of melted soap in shower tells that this particular area hasn't been cleaned for ages. I discovered long black hairs on floor in the bathroom, under the table i found a rusty pin. The place is possible to keep in proper condition, only a bit of supervision should be involved. If cleaner works on free will then cleaner's job is a waist of money.

I liked China Town and location. Receptionists on check in and check out were nice guys. During the day time a woman receptionist replied "YES" to my "Good afternoon", probably its the local way to do so. I am used to that in other places receptionist greets first and the guest replies to it. But she was rather helpful.

This is as basic as basic gets. We booked a two bedroom "suite". What that is basically a college dorm room two small bedrooms with severely dated furniture, linked by a short hallway with a bathroom between. No common areas. Both rooms had bed, closet, desk, TV but all, except the TVs were decades old--looked and felt more like thrift-store finds than something bought specifically for the room. Mattress was a spring job that was past it's prime (although I slept surprisingly well) There was a LOT of street noise at night and in the early morning. That said, although the room was old, sad and tired, it was clean and met minimum standards of comfort.

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Price was right. Everything was out of style but clean. This is not the place you'd bring somebody you want to impress but I've stayed in a few similar hotels in big cities and this is comparable to most, better than some. Given that I was going to be there to check in and sleep, I didn't really need the amenities of a newer place.

The hotel is pretty old and the facilities, well, what facilities? It's a place to stay just if you're not a very picky costumer and just wants a bed to crash.
