Always ringing the bell for the front door war a bit annoying. But maybe needed at that region?

Nice hot springs and private cabins. We liked also the stuff at the poolbar and restaurant, even if there were not so much guests to deal with.

Nothing really, maybe just the fact that the ants were in the room and in the bathroom, but I understand that it’s hard to avoid bugs when you are this close to nature.

The location was very good, 20 min drive from Mistico park and 10 min drive from the city center. The view is amazing, you can see the vulcano from your bed. Lots of trees around the bungalow, we could watch the birds right from our porch. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The property was smaller, quiet, super easy to come and go from here and close to the sights. We liked the pool and hot spring and enjoyed the food. It was a great value and we’d stay here again. The staff was really lovely!

That was really nothing that we did not like. We noticed that staff did not clean the room. But that was okay for us. Maybe we were supposed to tell them.

We had some trouble getting into the property as we couldn’t hear the guy from the speaker very well and therefore we didn’t know what to answer him. He wouldn’t want to let us in but eventually did.

The bungalow was cute! Both pool and thermal spring were awesome! Especially during the evening time when it was dark already. All the surrounding looked so good and views were amazing.

Some cups or wine glasses would be nice. Some recommendations about activities around the area would also be convenient.

We found it very strange that during check-in one has to sign a long list of hotel rules with exact fines for each breach, like 50$ if listening to music without headphones at the pool. That's common sense anyway - it doesn't feel like good hospitality to threaten with fines at check-in.

Comfortable beds, large room, view of the volcano, pool bar, many colorful birds in the hotel, good location, very nice breakfast and dinner.

My stay was exceptional, highlighted by attentive staff, stunning views of Arenal Volcano at breakfast, a relaxing natural hot spring with a bar, delicious breakfast options, and amenities that my two kids thoroughly enjoyed. Its proximity to local parks and downtown La Fortuna added convenience and adventure to our memorable family experience.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the service was incredibly slow (like painfully slow). The food was okay, but not great. So we didn't eat dinner there again. The driveway up to the deluxe suites (14 & 15) were a bit sketchy when coming back in the dark - they could use some lights or maybe to be paved a bit. We had one issue with our room not being cleaned when we had the sign out asking for it to be cleaned, but once we told the front desk they quickly rectified it.

The staff here were incredible! The battery of our rental car died on our first night and they helped us get a taxi and then worked with our rental car company to fix our car while we were away on our excursion. It really meant a lot that they went above and beyond. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! we had a big front patio where we could have our morning coffee and watch the birds and iguanas. We were lucky to get a good view of the volcano on our first morning, but it was covered with clouds the rest of the time. We enjoyed the hot springs every evening. They were so awesome after long days of hiking and excursions. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to La Fortuna. The included breakfast is good and you can choose from a few options. The breakfast servers are super friendly, positive, and quick. Which was a great way to start the day. We stay in a deluxe suite (number 15) that has been renovated. It was modern and clean with one king bed and one queen bed. We had a little fridge, lots of room for luggage, and lots of coffee. The shower had a big window in it with a gorgeous view of the volcano and greenery.

Kids were hoping to order the tasty pizza in the restaurant a 2nd night but it is only an option on certain nights. Our sheets would not stay on the bed so we would find ourselves sleeping directly on the mattress, could use higher quality mattresses and bedding but nothing that would sway us to go elsewhere!

The hotel was fantastic! one of our favorite's of our trip. The grounds were so beautiful, views were the best, room was good size and comfy and very clean, the pool was so relaxing and the restaurant and all staff were very attentive. Parking was safe and convenient and the location of this hotel couldn't have been better!

I had broken my wrist and it was in a cast, so being able to sit in the thermal pool looking at Arenal Volcano was perfect for me. Breakfast is really good. They have two sittings, so you can take your time.

No hot water in the shower which was confusing. Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom sink.

Beautiful cottages on exquisite property. More birds seen here than in several parks. Breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed waiting here after checkout for our shuttle. Coffee shop down the road is fantastic.

Suitcases had to be set on floor as no luggage rack or furniture available. No hair dyer and only one coffee cup or glass. Minor changes.

Lovely location, friendly staff, nice pool and a very nice restaurant serving good breakfast and very nice evening meals! Saw a lot of wildlife from our balcony!
