One of our three beds was too firm.

Property was very clean. The breakfast area is beautiful, with paintings on the walls of the rainforest. There is a lovely courtyard with lots of plants you can admire on the way to your room.

Being a smoker (yes I know, a horrible addiction) they advertise a designated smoking area. However it is just anywhere in the street off the property. Not a big deal, just saying

The breakfast was great, made to order, but the portion was a bit small comparatively The area is away from the center of town, maybe a 10-15 min. walk, so nice and quiet. And there are a few sodas and pulperias nearby

The water in the bathroom did not get hot so we didn’t try taking a shower.

This place was a perfect place to stop for the night. The staff were friendly and very helpful, offering directions and recommendations. Our kids loved the resident dog (Bobby) and cat (Welch) and played with them in the small courtyard. My daughter talked about Bobby the rest of the trip! Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Very poor lighting in the cabins.

Great location with very quaint wooden cabins. Simple, clean and a good value. Very kind and helpful staff. We would go back, for sure.

It was slightly dated, but served our purposes perfectly. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and the staff brilliant! We'd certainly recommended it and stay there again if we return 👍

The setting for the hotel was charming, the cabins nicely finished and decorated, as was the dining area. Private. Breakfast choices were good. Staff receptive, responsive, professional. Took care of any needs .

The staff was very helpful and booked all of our tours. Great breakfast each morning and beautiful area.

We were expecting the lodges are more in the nature, but they were actually quite small area next to road in town, so if you expect immediate proximity to nature and calm maybe this is not the perfect place.

Clean and spacious bungallows, attentive staff at disposal to help with advice and bookings! Shops and town facilities very close, easily accessible location.

While we were there, the hotel WIFI was impacted by some area-wide outage and caused a bit of inconvenience with our next day planning.

There was some confusion on the type of room. We had specifically paid extra for a bungelow expecting a stand-alone and fully featured accommodation as show in the pictures. The original room provided was nice, but much closer to a hotel like room and not like the pictures. They were able to change our accommodations to match what we expected and hopefully they will update their descriptions/pictures to more closely match what is provided to prevent future confusion.

I couldn't find any faults.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was spotless, and the delicious traditional breakfast sets you up for the day ahead. The location is perfect for a quick walk into town. The communication was excellent and very accommodating when my flight was delayed.

The property is a little older but overall was fine

The staff were the friendliest people. They were so helpful and courteous. We were lucky and could park right in front of our room. We could book all tours from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was great and very close to everything

I didn't see any fans or AC in the room. However, it was not an issue for our party since the weather was cool during our stay and we kept the windows open. The beds had plenty of warm blankets for cold nights.

Stayed two nights (3 adults) and found it to be reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious. The property looked well maintained. There's free parking on site. The property is quiet at night. The hotel desk staff were friendly and helpful. They showed us the activities available and prices. Once we selected the activities, they went ahead and booked the activities with third party vendors. They were accommodating with requests made. The free wifi had excellent connectivity (except during brief moments when it was raining heavily). The breakfast was delicious. They had for breakfast American style (eggs and pancakes) and the traditional Costa Rican (pinto, eggs, and plantains) along with fresh fruit.
