Out dated, waited hours to get towels delivered to the room. Pool bar prices ridiculous. Reception didn't bother to book our taxi for 3.30am

There were humidity smells in the room. The hair drier did not turn on, so we had to call to reception to request another one.

The lobby is very nice but other than that I wouldn’t agree with the hotel being 5 star but it was still a nice hotel.

The hotel is really near the airport so perfect to stay in the night before a flight or the day you arrive. The staff were really nice and our room was comfortable and clean. There’s a casino with a restaurant in the hotel and you can also walk across the road to a food court.

It was a bit run down with blue taped off patches with leaking areas in the entrance.

A great location for day trips to visit attractions. The outdoor hot tubs and the other swimming pools. The games area. The rooms were comfortable with a jacuzzi bath. It also had free popcorn, bars, food/eatery area and a souvenirs shop.

There were quite a few things broken around our room: the window wouldn't close, the bathroom door handle was falling off, the flapper in the toilet didn't close correctly. Plus, the room was stocked for only two people, though there were four of us staying there (towels, cups, etc.).

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in called our room a few minutes later to see if we had everything we needed. That was a lovely touch! Also, the pool was beautiful.

I booked the hotel based on pictures from booking.com. We were especially excited about the pool. It however was dirty and not suitable for swimming when we arrived. The hotel is older than what the pictures represent.

The property was off a main highway which made it easy to get to. Just down the street was a small shopping area, with restaurants, market and ATM which made it convenient for a first stop on our trip. There were a few issues we had with our stay and the staff was very kind and prompt helping us.

The buffet breakfast was great, the free airport shuttle to the airport was good, they organised a shuttle to collect us from the airport for $25. Otherwise it was quite an odd hotel, it felt empty, deserted, not a nice bar or restaurant area to sit in. The room was a great size, a bit dated.

The second day, kid’s pool had many leaves, some insects and sort of black dirt. Maybe because pf The rain the night before, but could have been cleaned in the morning. PS: Not affecting our stay at all, but would like to share. Hotel is great, space, areas, design. Structured is a bit old, It could have some remodeling for the future.

Room was very comfortable, beds amazing. Pool area is very beautiful, you can enjoy a great time. My family had perfect relaxing time. Staff is polite and friendly! Price was perfect!

The keycard system broke down so had to walk back and forth to the front clerk 3 times to enter my room. Still didn't work so had to have security open the room for us

this time we have received a room in a different part of the hotel where the hallway was very dirty and didn’t look nice. the room was okay bit very far away from pools and the nicer and cleaner part of the hotel.

Beautiful pool, delicious breakfast buffet. Clean room, perfect for a night after a long flight. Helpful staff organised us a taxi at the last minute and helped carry bags to the room.

Key problems had the bellman running all over to let guests into their rooms.

A very nice and very large hotel. Outdoor spaces were excellent. Dinner was a great value and good food. Breakfast also (included with our room). The facility is a bit dated, and not at the same level as some other Intercontinental Hotels I have been at. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a great value, easy access to the airport and despite some issues with the key machine, I had a pleasant stay.
