The pool was really dirty and clearly not cleaned frequently enough, I had to wake up the barman just to get a drink and the place felt quite old fashioned and in need of renovation.

The access to different activities like pool and chess were fun and enjoyable.

I did not like that the bathroom was kind of old. It really needs some update. Also, breakfast was kind of expensive for what it was provided. There were flies in the fruits and vegetables. We ordered some food at a bar that it was across the lobby, not too good. My husband ordered a mojito and it was bad in quality. He ordered 2 more extra shoots and it was not worthy. Then we ordered a dish that included fried plantain or patacon, they were hard as a rock and old. The pool were not well kept. Water looked dirty and with algae.

I liked that it was close to the airport and they provided free transportation to the airport.

Only negative I would say was the entrance from the Freeway, I missed it like twice, not really their fault more of a My driving skills while listening to google maps problem.

Breakfast was awesome. Room was older but spacious and clean. Had sliding glass doors that led directly to the pool which was great.

All the common areas were not welcoming. The carpet between rooms and the room itself were not clean. The bathroom was very dirty, and the shower was not working properly, making it difficult to shower. The pictures on the booking website were misleading as they made the hotel look much nicer than it actually was.

The reception area and entryway are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The front desk staff is courteous and professional.

The pool could have been cleaner and although there were around 4 restaurants in and around the place only one was open for an evening meal when we were there - and that was pretty empty. Food was ok.

This is a big impressive corporate hotel in a good location close-ish to the airport (10 ins drive) Big foyer and great good sized bedroom with all the usual ensuite facilities. nice pool area and freindly staff.

The pool wasn't clean, they didn't have towels for the pool and the building needs an update. The reception is updated and modern, but not the rest of the hotel.

Breakfast. 9:20 am and almost nothing to eat, cold eggs, leftover breads, on the second day I had a intoxication and decided not to eat there anymore, even though breakfast was included in the price I paid.

The room was like an apartment: a big room with confortable bed, a table, chairs, a closet, two big bathroom, a living room with 3 sofas, dinner room with a table for 6 people, and office and varanda. No view. Old fashion, but clean and confortable.

Room had very basic amenities. No coffee cups. No pillows on couch. No remote. Old shower head. Just lacking. The staff also was not great. Seems on edge as they try to dedd as l with too many tourists, not sure but the place wasn’t welcoming.

I think some rooms would deserve some renewing. Restaurants are not serving great food.

The checkin was not too long, one person ahead of me and there were three people serving. Small details like shower mat and cups in the coffee area were missing. I went down and got a cup. This is an oversight on the part of housekeeping

After reading the negative reviews I was nervous coming in. I am lucky to have been given a room in the renovated tower. I am setting in after taking a hot shower. The bathroom is clean with very lush towels and hot water. Bed seems comfortable and sheets are all clean. There is a clean smell in the room

The on-site restaurant next door wasn’t the best for food but the one member of staff working there was great

Pools were lovely and lots of staff around cleaning the area. The porter who helped bring our bags to our room, thank you! Room was comfy and huge and had a hot tub. Staff were all very friendly Free airport transfer the next morning but make sure you’re there on time as other people as well and they won’t hang around. We had a lovely time here for our one night stay!

No jam for the toast, Coffee wasn’t hot. Only pineapple as a fruit choice as the other choices were gone by 8:00 am.

We couldn’t turn on the lights in our room except for the bathroom lights. And the toilet didn’t really flush so we were scared to use it. The pool, although beautiful, had a lot of dead plants at the bottom and didn’t seem super clean.
