A modern, clean hotel in a great location for exploring the city and access to the port for ferry's to Santo Antao. The room was bright, clean and quiet. Very modern bathroom (fab to come back to after a few days hiking on the neighbouring island!). Breakfast was plentiful. And a good bar downstairs serving delicious tapas. Recommend.

Prassa 3 is located in a walking distance to anything in Mindelo. very safe place with great decoration and confort. The staff is amazing and do whatever is needed for us to have the best experience. Will definitively be back at Prassa 3

Not anything too much to say, great stay.

The staff was more than amazing at this boutique hotel, they were friendly helpful . The hotel is lively, with attached bar and weekly live music, which was great and had a very chill vibe. It is located centrally to restaurants, markets and other stores. Short walk a few blocks to the main road in mid city Mindelo. And local walk, about 10-15 mins to the beautiful 'Praia Da Laginha' Beach. I look forward to my future visits, and seeing the entire hosting team!

Unfortunately, to many people in the surrounding area were bothering me for money. I had to pay my cab driver 2 blocks before I got to the hotel because I had to quickly exit the cab so not to give anyone time to approach me for money. Also, I paid for a suite and had a friend who planned to visit with me for an hour and the security guard told me she could not come to my room. How can you tell someone who pays for a suite they cannot have a visitor for an hour.

The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful. I would like to stay there again.

The breakfast could have been a bit more expansive but mostly ok.

I arrived and was a bit confused about the location of the front desk which is in the back past the restaurant but once checked in, the desk staff helped me to my room and checked me in. The room and bathroom were big and modern. The location is right across from a park and close to the pier and restaurants.

The WiFi was a bit sketchy in some parts of the room upstairs and the breakfast could be more varied- same items every day.

The breakfast wasn't varied but substantial. Fresh fruit and bread available on a daily basis & staff provided freshly squeezed juice on request. Staff were all very friendly and helpful & always available. The room was a very good size and liked the living room area plus the bathroom was huge and spacious. The hotel is centrally located so most restaurants were 5 to 20 mins walk away.

The lighting in the room could have been better and also there were no curtains for the window with frosted glass in our room so it tended to get really light early in the mornings.

The hotel was in a great location right in the city centre. Our breakfast was very nice and it was great that the hotel included a bar which was convenient for a few drinks at the end of the night. The staff also ordered us taxis to and from the airport at a fair rate which was helpful.

Breakfast just ok. I asked for an invoice but never got it.

The hotel is located in front of the Amílcar Cabral plaza, close to the port and several restaurants. The location is good if you want to explore the city, as it is fairly close to all points of interest. The beach is not that close, but a 15/20 minutes walk. The man in the lobby was nice and helpful. The hotel has a bar where you can have drinks and eat something. The place was safe, with two security doors.

Narrow winding stair but there was also an elevator.

The rooms were spacious. Location very convenient. Breakfast was generous.

The hotel 'offers' soundproof rooms, but at the same time, they are organizing extremely loud concerts on their premises without informing guests (until 1 am in the morning). Moreover, they reacted very aggressively when I brought it up at the reception. This hotel must be avoided.
