If you have a bad back, don’t stay here. The beds are uncomfortable. Also the kitchen is not fully equiped and there are no basic things like dishwasher tablets, kitchen towels, salt/pepper/oil, dishsoap, etc. The bathrooms are ensuite whichnis nice, but no doors to close off the bathroom. There are high windows in the bathroom with no coverage so it gets very bright when the sun rises.

Location is nice. Our villa was renovated which was also very nice, the resort was pretty quiet with good shade options at the pool.

Poor internet connection. There are no double beds and only two beds put together. Not comfortable for couple sleeping together.

Good proximity to beach. Swimming pool descend size. Kind personnel. Dive centre on site.

The service at the bar (at night) and restaurant(breakfast) was very poor, the girls need to improve their welcome and greet costumer service.

Nice area, nice room, the bed was super comfortable, the receptionists at the lobby were attentive and friendly.

Hard to find places to park the car. Some apartments are upstairs, you have to go up with your luggage. A little expensive even without meals. Staff not very helpful, don’t even know basic information about touristic places in the city.

Loungers at the pool cannot be reserved which is fine however if you are gone for let’s say lunch, when you come back your staff can be removed by other guests. Management allows for it. That was not pleasant. Doors to the room allow all noise to pass through.

Big swimming pool. Access to Jan Thiel’s beach. Location walking distance from the beach. I liked dive center in the resort.

Coffee dispensers (2) at bkfst continually malfunctioning…..queuing for the morning brew was stress!! Marchel assured new machines on the way. Wi-fi in villa bedrooms (well, no. 45 at least, not reaching.

The staff and cleaning overall. They provided what was necessary but anything we would ask beyond such as a favor like using the microwave they would just say no. So overall they were not very interested in pleasing the customer. Also cleaning was not very good. They just provided new towels and took out the garbage.

The hotel was ok, a good bedroom, a pool, restaurant. Fairly close to the beach.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is close to a beach, restaurants, the Mambo Beach, Sea Aquarium and many great food options were very close. The Resort was always very quiet and peaceful. It felt very safe no matter the time of day. Breakfast had a good variety. I would highly suggest renting a car.

They only clean the apartments once every three days. I stayed there for four nights. I thought it would make more sense to have the cleaning one once in the middle of my stay not at the end. They don't provide anything to help you keep the apartment clean, no dish soap, pods for the dishwasher, paper towels, broom etc. I also stayed at Blue Bay those apartments did include that. There was one day where there was not enough pool chairs while some people had lounge beds and chairs. The staff did not help. This was not even at a prime time or season.

I stayed in a 1 bed room apartment. Very spacious and updated. It was excatly as pictured. Location is great, can easily walk to the beach, grocery store, and shops.

Pool furniture was always occupied all day. There were no bowls for the kids cereal. Other cooking items to make the activity easier were unavailable eg. Cutting knife, peeler etc. grounds around the villa especially the patio was unkept. The moldy smell in the villa was overwhelming the first two days.....this was really ridiculous

We loved the location of our villa. The view was awesome and getting to the beach or grocery was quite easy. The staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs.. the furniture and beds were comfortable.

The resort seems a little tired and in need of a bit of a sprucing up. The apartment we rented wasn’t equipped with napkins, paper towels, dish soap or anything to clean dishes with. A little odd but fine.

The pool area was nice and the grounds were decently kept. The staff were nice enough.

Close to Jan Thiel Beach. Easily accessible by car. Large pool. Enough space in the renovated villa, with kitchen, large fridge, 2 air conditioners and new furniture. Clean beachtowels everyday.
