There is a/c only in the bedrooms and not in the kitchen so it can get quite hot while you are cooking. There is no microwave in the kitchen.

The bungalows are spacious and has kitchen with all basic utensils. The property has a pool which is great for night swims and is close to a few beaches (about 5-7 mins by foot, or if you want a nicer beach 8-10 mins by car). The manager is great and helpful and there is a dive shop on the property (both technical and recreational diving) which is very convenient. Birds are coming to the porch to beg for crumbs during breakfast.

There is a construction site next to the premises where work started rather early on some days. Generally, our bungalow was surprisingly noisy given the remote location. On several nights, cars would drive by blasting loud music at 3am and the place across the road seems to have some sort of watchdog who would also bark 30 Minuten straight some nights.

While the location absolutely requires a rentabel car, it is a gut base to explore the West of Curaçao and its breathtaking beaches. The bungalows provide everything that is necessary and are well maintained. The bedrooms have AC. Maren is always available and happy to help. Some reviews suggest that there are a lot of mosquitos. While the accommodation is equipped for this (mosquito nets etc), but we were largely spared such experiences anyway.

Very nice place. Down to little details, like mosquito repellent, EU socket converters, cold water in the fridge when you arrive We reserved for 4 nights but ended up staying more because we liked it so much Close to some very nice beaches, we could rent snorkeling gear on site. There were many ants in the kitchen and some even in the bed. I guess you have to get used to them and try not to leave food on the counter or they will quickly go after it. The nearest mini market is like 10km away so make sure to bring all you need if you're going to cook. It would be nice to know in advance which kitchen facilities to expect to know what to get, for example, the coffee machine is a drip type so make sure you bring coffee for that.

The place is very close to a couple of beaches and 3 restaurants. All walking distance although the path is a bit rough. There's a shared bbq in the property which works perfectly. The kitchen is functional. Shower was great. I didn't use the pool but it looks nice, although it's very close to one of the bungalows. There's a couple of cats and a puppy in the property and they will visit all the guests.

We did a late arrival at the property, Maren who manage the property, did prepare for us a well-done package for our arrival, it has been easy for us to get to the bungalow and install ourselves. The bungalows were up to our expectations, and more. We were in Curacao for diving, the property it is truly well organize for diver, they do can offer full shore diving package with easy access to scuba tanks, rinse tank and locked gears room which both are accessible 24/7, this was a very important feature for us. There is on the property an area with propane gas BBQ, with a counter to prepare food, a kitchen sink, and a table where you can have a dinner with other people on the property, I must mention this was well cleaned and maintained. The area where the property is located is very quiet, and if you love birds there is plenty of them around the property. I must thanks Maren and her team for their hospitality, and outstanding responsiveness, in particular when preparing our trip to Curacao. Thanks Sylvain And Carole

Great location, close to the best beaches of the island. The Bungalows/Cabanas are nice, roomy and well equipped. The pool completes the package (in case you get tired of the beaches or just want to start the data at best). the staff is also super nice. great value for money!

Maren and the other staff were exceptional and did everything possible to ensure my arrival and stay went without a hitch. I was looking for quiet, self-catering accommodations away from Willemstad and close to beautiful beaches. West Hill Bungalows was perfect for me. I recommend renting a car at the airport so that you can drive around the island. Playa Forti restaurant is within walking distance and serves excellent fresh seafood.

The host is very friendly and helpful and the fact that they are making the place more eco friendly is definitely a plus for us. It lies at a very quiet location at walking distance from a couple of beaches and restaurants. The bungalows themselves are fairly basic but comfortable and clean with a spacious outdoor sitting area. Having the pool on the premises is definitely a plus, even with the beaches so nearby. The mosquito nets and airco's in every room definitely add to the sleeping comfort.

The area was very nice and green. The bungalow was very cozy and for perfect for all our needs. We had a well equipped kitchen and enough space for both of us. Maren was very nice and always very helpful. From the apartment you can reach all the sights in the west easily by car.

There are a lot of mosquitos. That was the onlyndownside of the property. And for me I missed a bit heavier blankets to sleep under, but also didn't ask if that was available (forgot).

The hospitality, the decoration of the bungalow we stayed in that week, the well kept harden and birds in the garden. Maren was reallly nice, we also rented a car via het before arrival and this was arranged perfectly. To have a car was, instead of what I first thought, a nessecity to have on this Island. The roads are not made for walking, wouldn't have felt save walking, also at night it was great to have a car.

My husband and I have been to Curaçao three times, and each time we have stayed at Westhill Bungalows. It is a beautifully landscaped property up in the hills, and we love the quiet and privacy of the villas. Maren and Alain are lovely, conscientious caretakers whose attention to detail has elevated the property since our last stay. When we come back to Curacao, we will stay at Westhill again!

Very uncomfortable bed… bruises on hips from springs coming through, thin scratchy sheets and no blankets, bad pillows… got very little sleep in our time there. The couch in living room is very bad also, uncomfortable and worn right out.

Nice ocean view from bungalow 9, well equipped kitchen, tanks and rinse area for divers, good shower. Used the barbecue a couple times…pool looked nice but didn’t use it.
