A great place to stay, out of the way of the main strip in Protaras but close enough to walk to Fig Tree Bay and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect and we had dinner on the first night of arriving which was inexpensive and tasty. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay and the pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds.

It would be very nice if they provided some additional towels for the pool area. Soap and shampoo supplements in the room would be a great addition.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond to take care of us: Marietta, Casandra, Doros, and Constantinos, thank you for all your kindness and attention; you made our vacation very enjoyable. The hotel itself is small but very cozy. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every themed dinner, especially the Greek night. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. It’s the first time in all my travels that I had no issue finding healthy, delicious food for my child. The pool area is very good, especially for kids. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but it is very close to the amazing fig tree beach and Protaros center.

I couldn't take my coffee to the poolside with me. The girl working at breakfast had to ask me three days in a row what my room number was so clearly didn't retain the information and check out my name on her list.

Comfortable bed and sofa with some English channels for movies when I fancied a night in. Easy access to everything nearby. Friendly staff who were very willing to help with directions and info. Nice clean pool.

We have just returned from our holiday staying with Lantiana. From the moment we arrived at this ultra clean and organised hotel, the staff just go above and beyond to be helpful,welcoming and friendly as well as informative. The hotel is so well located within steps of fig tree beach and the main strip but set back so also peaceful. The hotel offers breakfast with a fantastic selection. The hotel offers a 3 course evening meal that can be purchased at a bargain price for what is provided ..and food is lovely. Excellent bar with the loveliest staff. We just felt so looked after with so much effort. We are waiting on dates to return. Special mention to Martina on reception- hope we have remembered correctly- again exceptional thank you.. Catering manager, bar staff THANK YOU The people of Protaras and this hotel made our holiday and we will be back

Everything!!! The staff were all amazing, special thank you to Doros, Alex, kammelia, Kristina, and the cheery man who works behind the bar. The staff took the time to talk to us and we felt more like friends by the end of our holiday: so much so we are booked again in September x

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was very friendly and kind. The food was excellent. And finally very good location , no need for car to circulate. Near the fig tree beach and exact above the main restaurant road.

Beds could be more comfortable, a simple mattress topper would do wonders, tv size was ridiculous smaller than my laptop screen and there is much noise at night because people doesn't care when shutting their doors and sound isolation on main doors is poor.

Great hotel and value for money. Great Staff, really friendly all the time and willing to help with anything. Food for breakfast and dinner was great, we didn't expect so delicious food but we were impressed. Great location too, near the Fig Tree beach but far from noise of the main street. Yard and pool are nice and we enjoyed the looks.

Only a few minutes of walk from the main promenade with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets and also less than 10 minutes of walking to the closest beach. Location is also ideal for families with kids because there is not much noise here at night. Rooms were regularly and responsibly cleaned - also aircoditions was clean and without smelling. Breakfast and also food/snacks which we ordered in the hotel restaurant was fresh and tasty. During our stay we didn't have any problem with finding a free place/sunbed in the pool area and also space for parking a car was still available. But the staff, which are all very friendly, communicative and useful is what really sets this hotel apart from others. They provide ublievievable 5 star service thanks to which your stay will be absolutely a pleasure. Amazing combination of staff from the receptionists, barmans, waiters, or cleaners.

Nice small hotel with the great people. Perfect location. Tasty food. Not far from the main street. In a few minutes you have also lidl. The biggest benefit of the hotel it‘s a staff.

I can't say I disliked anything. I would wish there is more kids friendly activities but that is it :)

Our stay in Lantiana was amazing. From size of the room/apartment to food and stuff. Everything is absolutely amazing. Biggest bonus is that it is smaller family hotel with great location, just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach and nearest bus stop.

I didn’t like the fact I had paid for the windmill apartments but they were awful so paid for here and I’m so glad I did as my whole holiday could have been ruined

- you need to be quick in the morning to 'reserve' your beds at the swimming pool, even if it is not allowed, you must do so in order to have your sunbeds - during the night you will be waken up by slapping the door by other guests... which is not the hotel's fault of course but annoying

- welcoming and caring team ( I can't highlight enough Marieta, Alex, Doros, and Constantinos - Thank you for your dedicated work!) - spacious room for 4( with 2 kids ) - great dinner special nights, excellent food - clear swimming pool - happy hour for cocktails is great ( Mango daiquiri is *****) - close to the Luna Park, Lidl, and also 5 min.walk to the sea

Everything is great, price related. To be honest i didn't expect such thing cause I consider i pay little for being high season on main point of entire Ayia napa. 4min walk to the beach. Of course there are some details missing , but if this would be added the hotel would have to increase price obviously. Food is also very good and there's variety on the breakfast

The only thing that we "didn't like" is that we had to wake up very early in the morning to find a place to sit around the pool.

A nice apartment complex, in a great spot. It's near to the sea, to the restaurants, pubs and markets. The apartments are clean. The day we arrived in the fridge we found freshly chopped fruits!! The staff is friendly and polite . They are always with a smile and willing to help you. We had a great time and we will book here again for our next vacations.
